123 S. Broad is the best place to be M-F 9-5. Amenities like the rooftop, gym, and board room spaces make it easy to come in everyday! Honorable mention to the Duke & Duke Boardroom for being a great space to host parties and events - there really is no space like it elsewhere in the city. My work donated the use of this room for a fundraiser and the Duke & Duke Boardroom was a huge hit! Elegant yet relaxed - it provided the perfect background for a successful event. And great thanks to the SSH folks at 123 S. Broad Street for helping me pull this together. I absolutely recommend this space for your event needs!

Don’t utilize this building as an office space. The staff who organize the events will harass you when you utilize the amenities they offer. The designated areas are only ALLOWED to be used when they deem fit. The female who organizes the events can be very rude and lacks etiquette when talking to the very people who bring business in the building.

The most perfect venue for our corporate happy hour. 123 S Broad Street rooftop is top-notch with jaw-dropping views. All of the staff (especially Kimberly) were exceptional and accommodating. There is not a bad thing to say; it truly was the best!
