Held my daughters wedding at 21C and they delivered a fabulous experience. Every aspect taken to the highest professional level. The set-up and service was wonderful. Amy from 21C was our main hostess and she attended to EVERY detail. The dinner plates were fabulous. Not just good, fabulous. I could not be happier with our overall entire experience. They made my daughter's wedding a magic day!

Extremely comfortable and filled with surprises! It’s not often you stay in a hotel that is its own museum. The art collection is incredible. And the restaurant is terrific. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel 21C.

My husband and I and our 4 legged family member, Maple had a great stay at 21C. the staff was wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. we did not get our vehicle out until it was time to leave.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise to me and was exactly as it seemed on the website. I love art and culture and before even walk through the door that art immersion experience begins right in front the hotel with art installations. The building itself is literally an art gallery you can walk through and admire all day and night. On each room floor there’s a touch of art to spend time with.

The staff was inviting, kind and friendly. Very welcoming and helpful when I had any questions. The hotel restaurant staff at the Hive was the same way. Super knowledgeable and kind. The food was great as well and the restaurant had a great design mirroring the artistic style of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. The art & decor were unique and create a special experience. Breakfast in the Hive was delicious and quick. Our 3 rooms were nicely appointed, clean and functional. There was NOT however a noticeable difference between our deluxe and luxury rooms - except for price and the 3rd instead of 2nd floor.

Forget about getting the room you request. Booked a king with a shower and got neither one.
Hotel was average. Restaurant was above average. Good coffee. Asked for a shower but got a slippery tub with no bars. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean and comfy, staff were welcoming and accommodating, and parking was EASY! A great location if you, like us, are in town to spend some quality time at Crystal Bridges. A short drive to the campus, or a short walk to access the art trails.
