Calling the pharmacy usually takes a while. I seem to wait on hold for at least 5 minutes each time. Sometimes no one answers. Friendly staff when they answer. Wait times for medication to be filled is insane. They always tell me a couple days to wait. I've worked in a busy pharmacy and I'm not sure why they take so long to fill prescriptions.

RUDE! Enlisted pharmacy personnel have ZERO customer service skills and Airmen show NO respect for other active duty service members. Poor customer service, poor military discipline and professionalism. These Airman wouldn’t be able to keep a job in the civilian world with their attitudes. As a side note, the retiree/civilian volunteers are always very polite and helpful, and I’ve never had a problem with Os either. The pharmacy NCOs need to step up and fix their people, and themselves!

Almost impossible to get appointment within 2 weeks, the only Air Force doctor I have ever had that I felt actually cared about my care has separated. I also do not understand why the pharmacy needs to be closed on “training days.” At the very minimum, there should be a skeleton crew. As a maintainer, I and plenty of others can only make it when we are able, and in this case, it just happened to b a “training day.”

Impatient staff on the phone. Why have multiple windows closed when picking up meds and the line is very long and only have 1 window open. Ridiculous!!
The 325th Medical Group has really gone down since the hurricane.

What a horrible experience! Cheryl, a “nurse” is so rude and unprofessional! I’m not sure why she is so rude but she instantly and for no reason treated me rudely. From her tone to her demeanor she has no idea how to treat people. Especially when you’re not feeling good the last thing you need is a miserable and rude nurse. She made me feel worse than I already did. You’re supposed to at least act like you care about people and enjoy your job. What a bad attitude and miserable person. Other staff members were great! But this Cheryl lady is completely out of control. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt obligated to for this one.

I always have trouble getting the pharmacy to answer their telephone. Today I was caller number one in line for the pharmacy to answer but I waited 37 minutes and I was still number one and they never picked up the phone. What a way to treat your military members.

I have to say the customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. Have a med that the label faded and ink bleed so had to call to see if I had any refills. Mind you it was in my medicine cabinet with my others and their labels are fine. I was chastised by the person answering the phone for storing the medication in a high moisture area even though it was the only label to do this. She told me three different times about high moisture, was short and rude with me. Very poor customer service.
