I had so much fun! Decided to do a drop in on a Wednesday morning everyone including the Coach were extremely friendly and super nice. Im a super shy person, but everyone made me feel very comfortable, they treated me like I was a longtime member. I definitely recommend going to this gym. I can’t wait to go back and do another class with everyone! 🙂

The coaches and members make everyone feel welcomed from the brand new athlete to the the most experienced crossfitter. The gym is equipped with high quality equipment and is the cleanest gym around! There is no better place to get a great workout and have FUN!

Recently I dropped in at 7K while visiting the area. The coaches were super welcoming and knowledgeable. The members were fun and I felt right at home.
We started out with a really nice warm up and stretch. The coach explained the purpose and goals of the wod and then we got to work. The workout was tons of fun, and the programming was awesome. The 7000 foot elevation also created a fun and unique challenge for my lungs.
The gym itself is well equipped and clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait to go back.

Recently dropped in with 6 of my girl friends. Was so impressed how the coach Josh handled such a large drop in class ( we weren't the only ones) It was a fun workout, good clean/organized environment and good coaching. Would definitely drop in again. Thanks for being so welcoming!

Big Bear visit to snowboard and had the crossfit WOD calling and 7k was very close to where we are staying. So did drop in at 7k and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly members and welcoming coach. Definitely recommend this place to fellow crossfitters. This was best $20 spent the entire trip.
