Great workouts in a safe environment!
This place has always been exceptional at giving members space to workout as well as keeping the entire facility so clean (seriously, they are clean freaks in such a good way!) 👍
I have been a member for over a year and have never felt crowded or pressured to "hurry up" during my workout. -And the workouts truly are great. Different each time. Plus I get an email with my results of how hard I worked. The staff and owner are easy to approach with any questions and happy to help. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to improve their health and agility.

What a great place to get good cardio workout! The staff keep the place clean as each person moves through the rounds and they're extremely motivating while you're at each round. They have a great system that includes a heart rate monitor which displays on two screens to help you keep track of how hard your pushing yourself. I can't recommend the place highly enough!

I've been a member for over a year and I look forward to my daily work outs. The workouts are challenging and I enjoy how the trainers correct me when I'm doing something incorrect. A year ago I didn't know how to hit, stand, kick, and hold my hands up like I do now. I also enjoy that it's a very clean and sanitized environment, very safe for me to work out. Plus enjoy the other members!

As a busy wife and mama of 5, with a grandson on the way, I can squeeze in a workout at almost any time of the day. I can go as early as 6am during the week until 730pm.I used to be an avid runner, until arthritis injuries took me out, but 9Round helps me get my daily cardio, in just 30 minutes, and the trainers are great about modifying the workout to prevent further injury. I'm also able to do extra rounds if I need more time. Kicking and punching the bags helps me relieve some of the daily stress and anxiety, naturally.Everyone is super friendly and helpful, so you don't have to worry about not knowing what to do, even the other members are welcoming and helpful to new members of the 9Round family.

Under new management & the new manager who’s name is also Ryan (loved the other Ryan who previously managed it) I tried to cancel my membership for 3 months & kept getting the run around on cancelling. My year has been up & I don’t live on that side of town anymore & instead of hearing me out he avoids cancelling my membership & charges me an extra month. I’ve called & left my info for him to reach out to me about cancelling & it was never done (& that was my 3rd attempt after 2 in person visits). The dude is bad for business.

My family loves 9 Rounds! The staff is friendly, the gym is super clean and we love that we can just drop in for a workout. We don't have to wait for a class time.
