Nice hotel with big spacious, clean, quiet suites. The only complaint I have is the staffing of the restaurant... Went there in the morning for grab and go coffee and it took 10 minutes before anyone helped me. My team went there for dinner and the food was good but there was only one wait staff person for the whole restaurant. She was very sweet but service is definitely lagging. I personally can't believe that a conference facility doesn't have a dedicated coffee shop that can move people quickly. Besides that, it's been great

Stayed here for a conference. I am not sure what makes this a 4 star hotel. No room turndown, windows dont open (and ventilation is bad so it gets really stuffy and smelly). Smelly towels, and stained sofa. The staff responses can be hilarious. I got doordash a couple of times, one time, they let the person in through to my door. The other times, they called me, I requested them to let the driver through, and they said "we cant because he does not have a key card". Obviously! Its not my buddy, its the door dash driver. Asked another person at the desk if they can recommend an really early morning taxi service. They came up with the genius recommendation of "Uber or Lyft", its like talking to AI chatbot. Food is bland, so will have to eat out. But nothing good is walking distance. And the pool is like a tiny pond. Bugs in the jacuzzi. Don't believe the pictures online about the swimming facilities. Upside is rooms have plenty of space, and a couple of TVs. Dirty microwave when I got in. And here's the view from my room window.

This place is really nice. Did not expect this from the location it is in. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Check in was super easy and quick. Room exceeded my expectations, just wish that the doors closed properly as one hits the bed and does not close because of it. Other wise it’s really nice and spacious for a weekend away.

I attended an 8 hour conference here.
The environment was comfortable, great air conditioning on a very hot day was appreciated. Electronics services and Wi-Fi were included and worked well. I have attended other conferences here, all with notably similar positive reviews.
Food service was efficient and lunch boxes were really good cold sandwiches, fruit, cookie, chips. Hospitality services likewise gets a 10/10.

All around very nice, spacious (inside and out), and comfortable. Great staff. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Easy and affordable parking.

My family stayed here this past weekend for a local soccer tournament and I hate to say it, but we are extremely disappointed with our stay at the Sheraton Fairplex. We frequent Bonvoy hotels often, usually with amazing stays, however the stay this weekend was a different story. We booked for 3 nights and ended up only staying for 2, leaving the soonest chance that we got!

Our reservation was made for 4 guests and they only provided enough towels for 2 people. I had to request on 3 different occasions for extra towels, before my request was met with service. Then when we went to shower, there wasn’t any hot water in our room.

Additionally, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant the first night and waited 30-45 minutes before even being greeted by the server. Our total dinner time took over 3 hours.

If needing to stay in the area for an event, I recommend that you overlook this hotel! Save yourself the trouble!

Don't stay on the 8th floor. The HVAC system was loud. It sounded like we were on a plane all night.
Why am I paying $20 for parking? I would understand if there was some event and parking was scarce. We had a large empty lot.
It's nice having the space of a suite. The bed was comfy. The bathroom needs an update.

Wonderful Hotel with easy access to highway yet very quiet, soothing.. Rm 432 restoom handle did not engage fully (unable to lock/close) asked them to fix & it was replaced with doorknob, also asked for refill of amenities while gone for work (8am-5pm) was not refilled next morning when showering. (Excuse of privacy sign hanging so they could not) yet somehow they fixed the door with that same sign hanging.. Room 801 unable to close 1 door due to bed blocking & restroom door handle again unable to engage/lock/close. Fairplex security patrols the property, as a guest i expect to be able to stand at my car as long as I wish & have a conversation with my coworkers, we were told NO LOITERING in an aggressive manner by 1 woman she zoomed around easily over 20mph. To say the least these are small but things none the less that I didn't imagine dealing with at a sheraton. Very poor management & security with excuses. Definitely not my favorite of Marriot Hotels.
