I'm young & this was my first time staying in a hotel alone. I was there for work purposes. The staff treated me great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but from what I saw, it had variety & looked & smelled great. I would stay here again on my next business venture.

I had a great experience at this location. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I was a bit concerned about my safety when I arrived at the location, but security was always present at the door and the elevator requires a room key to get to the guest rooms. Breakfast was alright, with quite a few options.

This is a great place to stay, with Universal Studios just minutes away. However, what impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the moment I made my reservation until the end of my stay. Isis was especially helpful, securing the best deal during the booking process and ensuring I had a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in North Hollywood and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient for exploring Hollywood, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a particularly comfortable bed. The hotel’s breakfast offered a variety of options, and the gym and pool were nice amenities. However, the Wi-Fi could be stronger, and parking was a bit tight at times.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I’d consider returning on my next visit.

While the rooms are OK, I wouldn't stay there. And not due to the renovations. The employees were constantly on their phones, ignoring you. Due to the renovations, the breakfast area was super crowded. The fitness centre was filthy and the towels were almost a napkin and not renovated for days. The pro is that it is close to Universal Studios

The bed was super comfortable and we were able to get great rest after a long drive. We were greeted whenever we saw any of the hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious and may options were provided.

Hotels aren’t just for vacation. Sometimes we live locally and need a room because we have a family emergency. This hotel came to my rescue. I am so grateful for this hotel’s existence. Very, very clean. (Which I’m a stickler for.) Very professional staff. Rodrigo at the front desk is excellent at his job. Not sure of his last name. I was extremely stressed by my family emergency and I appreciated the warm hospitality. Even a person on staff named Lidia helped at breakfast time as I was trying to hold myself together emotionally to prepare breakfast a plate for myself and my son. I was operating on two hours of sleep. She saw that I was beat. She was so hospitable and helpful. Again - Excellent service. I work on building new hotels every day and it’s in moments like that I remember that hotels are so much more than the stuff inside. It’s the people that make hotels special. I’m forever grateful to this hotel. Definitely would return.

This hotel is a solid choice for anyone visiting Universal Studios. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, the quality of the breakfast beverages could be better—juice and coffee lacked flavor. Despite this, it's a convenient and good option for families or anyone planning a trip to the park.
