One word - Sarine. Not to be confused with “serene”.

Sarine Garabedian was our LA Banquet point person for our wedding at the Brandview Ballroom on January 19, 2020 and, put simply, she was a bride and groom’s dream come true.

I cannot speak more highly of any event coordinator out there. Sarine was as professional as she was kind, as detail-oriented as she was insightful, and as generous with her time and attention as she was honest.

To provide some back story, my husband and I knew we wanted our wedding in LA, but didn’t know where to start when deciding on a venue. We wanted to provide our guests with the “wow” factor, but didn’t want to lose sight of our finances along the way. There are plenty of venues out there to choose from, but all of them were missing something that the Brandview Ballroom simply did not:

1. Bridal suite
2. Ability to bring in your own alcohol
3. Unparalleled catering
4. Beautiful surroundings
5. Private balcony with stringed lights
6. Spacious and top of the line dance floor
7. Fixed and connected large bar area
8. ... and SARINE!

Including support staff, we had around 208 people seated and the floor plan was absolutely perfect. Everyone was seated comfortably and still close to the action any where they were seated. The space can seat up to 500 if you’re not having a ceremony at the venue, by the way.

All in all, this venue and the entire Brandview staff (waiters, bartenders, floor managers, event coordinators) is top of its class. You will not be disappointed!

Was at Glendale Tech week here this year. The building has a bit of an interesting entrance on the first floor. The venue is solid and the banquet hall has a large outside area.

Top notch Banquet hall. We had ~70 person wedding here this week and it was fantastic. Anoush Catering was the vendor for food. All around we can’t say enough nice things about the hall and the food. From the beginning, we connected with Yervand and he was very patient and accommodating with us. We were helped and supported every step of the way. The manager, Hovik went above and beyond on numerous occasions, helping us arrange our wedding decorations and ensuring everything went smoothly. We got the gold package and everyone loved the food, everything was delicious and plentiful. At the end of the night they gave us a bunch of leftover bbq which will probably last us a whole week! The prices here are reasonable, the service was exceptional and the location is great. Well done folks!

If you are looking for an already together place for your venue, this is a great place. Pros...it's absolutely beautiful, spacious and good variety of food options, flexible people to work with.. Haik and Kayla were great. Waiters and bartenders were attentive.. Cons...venue was hot and my guests were sweating and complaining about not feeling any ac. This was a concern of mine at rehearsal and still guest and vendors were drenched in sweat. If you choose to do a morning wedding, you have to pay $65 dollars a person just to taste the food which is not the case when having a night wedding, bridal suite was not GUARANTEED though I ended up having one that day. It was contingent on the time the person having the night event needed it. The amenities for morning and night brides should be the same. I spent all this money on food and only got a tray of fruit and some meat to go. Tons and tons of food got thrown out instead of boxed up for me to take home. Bummer.

Absolutely stunning venue. We had our wedding here last week. First off, the venue itself is beautiful, you really dont need much decor for it. The space is huge and comfortable. There are lots of beautiful photo spots especially with the stairs and chandelier. This venue is in a prime location in Glendale within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and hotels which is convenient for your guests who fly in or drive over to attend your wedding.
Our point of contact was Kayla, the event coordinator- she was an absolute dream to work with. She's so professional, kind and accommodating. She made sure that we got the wedding that we wanted. She was easy to talk to. I wear the hijab so I really appreciated that we were able to split up the venue into 2 rooms at dancing time so that the women could comfortably dance in their own space separately from the men. Thank you Kayla for being awesome and making my husband and I's time easy when planning the wedding.
Hovik was our floor manager on the day of the wedding. Hovik is the best, he was so nice and very helpful throughout the whole day leading up to the event and during the event. He literally told me he just wants to make sure people are happy and get to have the best wedding they could have. My husband was the one coordinating with our vendors on the wedding day and Hovik really helped him and made sure that my husband ate and stayed hydrated. He made sure to keep the bridal suite ready with food and water. Any request we had, Hovik was sure to help. He made us feel at ease and welcomed.
The wait staff were very nice and always made sure to attend to the guests needs. They were attentive and cheerful. We catered the food from the catering company on-site called Anoush and it was amazing, just be sure to do a taste testing so you can decide what to serve your guests. We got to choose 14 appetizers and 2 main dishes. The variety of appetizers in itself will make you full! Food is delicious and fresh. They will pack up the leftover main meals for you to take at the end of the night. They will also pack your leftover cake for you to take. Cake cutting and serving was included in the package. They even serve complimentary fresh fruit with the cake.
Overall, a great experience, I was initially stressed because we didn't have a wedding planner but to be honest having a wedding at this venue did not require having a planner as Kayla was an awesome event planner and Hovik was a great floor manager on the day of the wedding.
My only complaint is the bathroom in the bridal suite - it smells really awful.

I went in with my daughter and my son in Law to visit this Venue for her wedding. from the moment that I received an email and confirmation and was able to speak with Haik the manager I felt completely welcomed. When we went in for our appointment to view the venue his attention to us and our request were met with the highest regards. We were able to find Everything that we need In this venue including catering bar service security valet Bridal suite uplighting Tables Settings Linens security and servers . I was so glad that we were able to find so many services available at our disposition. The venue itself was grand . The chandelier's in the entire venue are absolutely stunning the spiral staircase is the absolute perfect place to capture any and all of our special moments . They have an outdoor patio for receptions Or they can accommodate a hookah lounge. They also provide a spacious lounge area and beautifully stocked bar With the highest quality liquor. Last but not these their prices are Unbeatable for the complete service that they provide. Please come in for yourself .I promise that you will find everything that you need in this Grand Ballroom.

We held our daughters Quinceañera and everything went as planned. We had multiple calls and meeting with the staff and Haik to ensure that every little detail was cover. The event was a complete success and it will be a night that our family will always remember. The food was excellent and there was plenty. I highly recommend this venue. Great staff, great food, overall a great experience.

Beautiful venue for our wedding reception. Kayla really made sure everything was perfect. Food is so good and the safe is wonderful. I really recommend this place
