I have been in this community for about 7 years and have experienced several management teams. The current management is always responsive and quick to address any needs or concerns I have. Kristina Michalek is always super nice to me and my family. She is very helpful, friendly and always tries to keep the community together with monthly events. Whether it's a maintenance request or a general inquiry, things get taken care of promptly for me. I feel safe and truly at home here 🙂

I’ve had a great experience living at Colonnade at fletcher hills! The community is well maintained, and staff is friendly and professional. The amenities, including pool and fitness center top-notch. The location and is fantastic - quiet, yet close to everything I need. I appreciate how clean and safe the area feels, and Kristina the assistant property manager is always responsive to any questions or concerns. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of storage space in the apartment as well as the bonus free storage in the car ports. Facilities are always clean here thanks to Kristina and her team! Any time I have an issue, Kristina is on it ASAP! It’s so nice to have someone who actually cares. She also hosts really cool community events!

For Halloween we painted pumpkins.
Christmas we made ornaments and decorated stockings.
She has a woman empowerment get together coming up here shortly.

Colonnade at Fletcher Hills is an absolutely beautiful ! The apartments are spacious and well-designed. I have lived at these apartments for several years and Kristina is the best property manager I have had since living here. She also does a great job of building community amongst residents with their monthly community activities. I love having Kristina around and hope she doesn't go anywhere anytime soon.

Kristina is my go to person for any renting purposes. I refer all my friends who are looking for any rentals to her first! She’s very helpful, detailed and doesn’t leave anything out. Her customer service is 10/10!!!
If we had more rental property managers like her I think people would never want to leave there apt complexes.

I’ve lived in a few other apartment complexes in San Diego, and this has been the best experience so far.

Pros: The cleanliness of the premise, the ample parking, the proximity to many shopping centers including being next door to one, a nice pool, friendly neighbors, central A/C, 2 patios/balconies. The best part of this apartment is the manager, Kristina. She helped my roommate and I settle into our apartment and sort out our new lease, and she’s been a great help ever since. If you’re tired of the super corporate property managers like I was, you’ll appreciate Kristina.

Cons: price and utility fees as other reviewers have mentioned. The rent is high, and utilities are not included. But my experience living in similar priced apartments is that this is a good value for the area. It’s up to you to decide that, tho.

Overall, living here has been great and I recommend giving it a look if you’re interested.
