Great school! Some teachers may be rude as well as some of the staff at the office, but most of the teachers are just outstanding and wonderful! Im in my fourth year at GHS and its great! My teachers have always been nice and caring towards the students as well as my counselor. Best school!❤️

Being a single dad of a 15 year old daughter who just moved home from TX, I needed help. Grossmont HS was highly recommended so I pulled up the District Office reviews. I saw a 5 star review of the receptionist Monica, defining her professionalism and welcoming presence. Should've been a 10. Monica, Pamela, Karin and Teresa (next door at the high school), top notch. They truly care about the kids AND the family. I needed help and I found it.

The worst district ever. They are trying to prevent other people from getting education. They are filling lawsuit against charter schools like mine, adult schools and private education. I dropped out from my old highschool because of their way of teaching and they're using hard resource to force student into hard unnecessary work. Stats speak for itself. Graduation rate in these schools are below average and the other schools that are not in this district are way more than the national average.

My experience at grossmont high school was great ! the teachers there were very supportive and never gave up on me , I also loved the child care there I consider them my family 🙂

There isn't a main number for anyone to be reach . what if Its an emergency!!!! I have to leave a dang message for every number this school offers.I'm calling the district something should be done about this. The secretaries aren't that busy!! They can answer the phones!!!!!! So posses right now!!!!
