Not only nosy hoa members looking in our backyard. But today was verbally abused by a white man and a white woman while trying to get out and in of our community. These individuals were savages and were yelling at after I asked them numerous times to stop yelling at me. It’s not my fault they don’t barricade the streets they are working on appropriately. And to boot… nobody from the hoa can be reached by a simple phone call and the woman followed me home and took a picture of where I live. No longer feel safe.

The foothills hoa has been contacted for years not to hatchet the chandler hill by 24 th street as the homes below are privacy lots and traffic and walkers enjoyed the nice area. They hacked part about two months ago and apologized for the poor job and said would fix mistake but instead nothing done and this morning destroyed the rest of it leaving no privacy an ugly wall and no barrier. They should be stand up and stop wasting money destroying years of growth with no benefit. Absolutely criminal…

Constantly changing to different management, currently managed from Dallas. Also changes the payment portal every other year, never to a better platform.
