While very busy, people are kind and accommodating. Would recommend parking on a side street and walking in. If you plan on driving through, be prepared for a very long wait, with hordes of people everywhere. It looks like some neighbors across the way are joining in on the fun.

It's always a good time coming to see "The Parade of Lights" at Dovewood ct. This court has been doing this since I was a kid, and I'm 39. It's something I can now share with my daughter's.

Just remember to bring some canned food to donate to their cause.

Pro: it's a free neighborhood court can either drive your car thru to see all the Xmas decorations or park few blocks away then walk around taking pics. There is also a canned food drive there collecting any canned food wanna donate.
Con: no restrooms.

Loved the Christmas light experience! You can walk or drive through the neighborhood.

My kids eyes shined bright with the glow of all the displays.

It was hard to pick just one favorite! I loved all the displays.

It can be very busy be careful, be safe, and have fun!

It was a very festive experience.
People who don't get into Christmas vibes that easily should go there.
It is a cute little lane..drive around I would say.. couple of houses who have decorated their lawn n house.
The whole thing takes 1 hour if u r taking videos and pictures and not moving in a hurry.
I recommend to park across the street and take a walk and experience the whole thing rather than driving around in your car.
Kids would love it.
There is nothing to eat around it as it is just a couple of houses but a guy was selling beef jerky and he lit a bonfire too so that u can sit and eat comfortably.
There is no fee or tickets to watch it plus you can park for free across the street.
I really liked the vibe and experience, the families who had their house decorated were sitting in the front area with a bonfire and singing carols.

I've been hearing about this place for a few years now. Drove out to check it out tonight, and my 10 month grand daughter was just loving it so much. It was a very nice experience, the houses were done nicely, the court was much smaller than I expected. If you have a chance and you live near this place I suggest checking out out next year. Didn't take us long to view the court in our car.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and now, 30 years later, I’m bringing my own kids. It’s heartbreaking to see how much it has changed for the worse. The place is filled with headless snowmen and bizarre-looking creatures from movies, completely overshadowing the true spirit of Christmas. Christmas used to hold a much deeper and more meaningful essence, but over the past few years, it seems to have lost its charm entirely.
