Back in 1992, I used Executive to prepare me for my broker's license. The level of communication and professionalism of the entire staff is the reason I have returned to them for every renewal - I just passed my last set of exams as I turn 70 in the next couple of years. Annette has been awesome, and I can tell you that there is a reason this company has been in business over 40 years and is considered #1. I have referred a number of folks to use their services over the last 28 years, and have never heard a negative remark. I highly recommend them if you are serious about getting your license.

Executive Program Real Estate School is the best. I have been working with them since 2001 since i first signed up for my Real Estate exam. Since then, i have worked with EP every 4 years for my continuing education to renew my License. The reason i have continued working with EP is because of their continued Professionalism, support, flexibility and friendliness. The classes are easy and straight forward and the Counselors Paula and Suzanne really made my education seamless. I had some internet connectivity issues a couple of times when my internet crashed and they were Johny on the spot to help reinstate my Assessments. I hope Executive Programs continue with their program throughout my career.

One more note: I successfully completed my courses and realized my license was expiring and I had 1 day to submit all the paperwork including the Certificate of Completion. Great program for obtaining your Real Estate courses for obtaining your license! Everything was online and easily accessible. Lisa was guiding me throughout the whole process and was readily available either through email or phone number. She was amazing and helped me with any thing I needed. Overall, a great Real Estate School I recommend to anyone who is looking to obtain their real estate license.

This seemed confusing, I had been researching the process online and I came across this Instagram page, decided to click on the website provided in the bio, then I got a call from Irma-Bella. I’m glad she called so fast because I was about to sign up for the classes at my college that week. But after she explained, I realized that taking these courses through EP is a lot faster. I finished the quiz the first day and now I’m working in the digital flashcards, Launch, until I can take my final. She gave me her cell phone to text or call after hours and on the weekends but I haven’t really needed help, it seems to easy. I recommend calling and asking for Irma-Bella. She’s helpful, I told my friend about this and he’s signing up with her after we graduate next week (high school). I told him it’s not even stressful just sign up now, I already finished half a class!

I started my journey in early the year with the Free DRE program. Signing up went well, started studying some of the books I had 4 years ago until I hit the wall. Being a mature Realtor my memory wasn’t the same as when I sat for my test more that 20 years ago. I freaked out because of that and the on line DRE didn’t help me, this wasn’t for me. “Same old story, get what you pay for”.
I remembered how professional “Executive Programs” was when I was studying for the Broker’s exam years ago, so I called up once again.
Stephanie Perez answered the call and I explained my situation honestly that my memory wasn’t the same…..she replied not true. That started a positive relationship of a caring and understanding human being not just a sales person.
She was there, either by email or even Text, I thought, who is this compassionate person who cares that I pass and not fail.
Upon passing all the quizzes she opened up for the finals and I must admit I was nerves. She assured me that I would be okay as my final quiz scores and first finals were in the 90”s.
I recommend you reach out to Stephanie and all the talented staff if you want to put this licensing process behind successfully.
My main reason for choosing this school was the access to the flashcards and Quizzes and reference cards.

I was looking to get my Real Estate Sales License but found there was many programs available to help me accomplish this. After making many phone calls and speaking to numerous real estate agents there was one name that kept coming up time and time again. Executive Programs Real Estate School had a very informative website so I have them a call. I spoke with Deborah. She gave me a tour of there website and showed me how easy it would be to complete their course work. I was also shown the State Exam Prep that I knew I would need to pass the State Exam. I happily signed up and was excited to get started. I easily finished the course work and turned my attention to the Prep Course. I practiced and practiced until my test date can up. I nervously started the State exam waiting for the hard part to come up. Before I knew it I was on the last question. The hardest part was waiting for the results....I passed!! I am so happy with Executive Programs I'm signing up to take the brokers program next!
