They could easily allow people who drive motorcycles to park them in the parking garage out of the sun and weather. It would also promote people to ride in and save on emissions. But instead they keep the underground parking exclusive and at extremely high prices. Take a look underneath and you’ll see almost zero cars parking underneath, hundreds of open spaces. Doesn’t make business sense to set prices so high that only 5% of spaces are utilized. And let people park motorcycles down there so they don’t get all messed up sitting in the sun all day.

This company is super shady. Their prices online start at $459 a month. When I called, the guy tells me that this price is invalid because it is only for one person. When I explained the office is only for one person, he stated you have to times all of our prices by 2 people because we always charge a minimum of two. It does not say any of that on their site. They don't have details regarding parking, rules, anything. Reds flags all around.

We have been tenants of SPACES El Segundo for a year and a half. Our experience has been wonderful. The team lead by Ryan is focused on customer service and has been supportive to our every need no matter how small or significant. We are grateful for both Ryan and Lani's attentiveness in addition to their coming into work with such a positive approach each and every day. Spaces in El Segundo has been a welcoming co working space since I signed on 6 months ago. The place is always clean, the staff is wonderful, and my clients are always treated with respect. The staff will oftentimes go above and beyond to be accommodating. Ryan and Lani are the best team and have been great since Day 1. Great welcoming place for a startup!

We moved in to this awesome location 6 months ago and wow it has been nothing short of AMAZING! First off the staff is super friendly and always beyond just their A-Game, I can honestly say the staff has become my friends and I say that with a full happy heart everyone does the most to ensure you are happy and taken care of! I have, several times, asked for help in things that are not even in their day to day jobs and they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me and for that I am grateful. DO NOT even get me started on management! WOW WOW WOW Ryan, Mailani, and Brandyn are an absolute delight to be around, never hesitant never absent when you need them, they are willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND any request or question you have for them! They are always so positive and kind truly Leaders! Thank You Spaces Team for truly raising the bar on customer service!

Best they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone to take a look and see if spaces is right for for them.

This center was really wonderful for the two years I was a tenant. Brandyn, Sandi, and Jasmyn are excellent at what they do. The facility is nicely appointed and the amenities are smart.

Unfortunately there's a separate group that handles billing and it's been ABSURD. They overbilled me by more than $5,000 and over months I struggled to get them to correct it. It's been very stressful. Now my agreement is terminated and they claim I owe $1,900, which I clearly don't, but they're offering to "settle" with me for only $230 to avoid collections. It's just pain extortion. Spaces is a Regus brand and you'll likely sign an agreement with the Regus corporate entity. Make sure to Google "BBB Regus Management Network" so you know what you're getting into before signing anything. The issues I experienced seem to be widespread -- please contact me if you're putting together a class action lawsuit and looking for a plaintiff or witness.

Love coming to this location to work. Most friendliest staff EVER!!! Ryan and Mailani are the best. Super helpful with any questions or concerns. Great choice of music selections played throughout the day. Good places to eat and have coffee within walking distance. Definitely recommend coming here for office space.
