it's imposible to call your customer service. Does anyone know how to send EVA the medical document, as my wife is pregnant and she is going to board in the next 6 days. I don't know how to submit the doctor's note in advantage.

I traveled business with EVA (Royal Laurel) Their reservation and billing service are just horrible. It' really is a shame. I wouldn't recommend EVA to anyone!

This review is for this EVA office only.

The lady that helped our parents changing our flight tickets date was super helpful and courteous. We should have been able to do this by phone but EVA phone support is non-existent.

They are on the 5th floor and you can access it by taking the parking lot elevator to the top and take the bridge directly their office.

Update: 2/21/2024 - I completed my flights on EVA last week and based upon the outstanding in-flight experience and great customer service at the ticket counter, I am upgrading the overall score to 4 stars! My initial experience as noted previously still preventing a fifth star.

My initial complaint for EVA Air is the fact that they make it very difficult and frustrating to fix ticket issues (name as shown on passport when input correctly their online reservation system truncates and excludes middle name if you have more than one first name). When I called to correct the name, the customer service representative wanted to charge me a change fee. The wait time is quite long as well. That’s why I only gave three stars.
However, I did receive great customer service after calling back a second time and speaking with a different customer service representative! Thank you.

Same problem here as the others. The airline canceled one segment of flight days before and then gave me no way to reach them. The phone lines are constantly busy, no matter if you call Taipei or Los Angeles. All busy and no way to solve the problem online. How do they expect customers to resolve these problems on their own. Never heard of anything so ridiculous UPDATE: I was able to reach EVA Los Angeles branch by faxing them. They immediately responded by calling us. The flight time was changed only 10 min. It seems an online glitch that when managing your reservations they ask you to contact customer service when nothing is really wrong. I'm guessing they are still trying to ramp up services post pandemic. Taiwan has only been open for international travel since fall. I'm guessing things will get better.

I've spent every day of the last week trying to get a hold of someone so I can pay for my seat selection because their website won't allow me. I called this office so many times throughout the day, but I keep getting the message that they're busy and try again later. It's ridiculous how terrible the customer service is here. My family used to fly EVA all the time for International travel but we never actually needed to contact them. After this experience, I will never book EVA again.

The quality in customer service has gone way down, calling is nearly impossible. When I finally got through, they weren’t able or unwilling to answer any of my questions I had about my ticket.

Will say that if you go the office, they are very pleasant and was way more helpful than the call center.
