# Disappointing Experience at GolfTEC
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at GolfTEC. Despite booking the wrong location, I was told that my reservation wont be canceled. The staff member assured me that he'd notify the correct location, but this communication clearly didn't happen.

Upon arrival, I was informed by Joshua that I only had 45 minutes of my 90-minute session. The offered solutions - completing the partial session or booking a new appointment - were impractical due to the distance I'd traveled.

The lack of flexibility and poor communication has lost GolfTEC a customer. I was looking forward to my appointment, but the experience was disappointing and frustrating.

Originally, I scheduled an appointment for a club-fitting. Like most golfers, I thought that I needed to upgrade my equipment to play better. After consultation with Jerome, the manager, he noted that I also seemed interested in addressing some swing issues. So he recommended that we work on the swing before trying to evaluate which clubs and shafts would be best for me. That made perfect sense. So we've had several lessons now. I THOUGHT I understood the golf swing-- in fact I took pride in thinking I knew it better than most. But the improvement in my golf game has been dramatic. I have never swung a club with this much consistency and quality. Apparently, only about 10% of golfers take a lesson. With the help of their video system, Jerome has identified a number of issues that I could never have diagnosed on my own. In fact, previously I would have said these would be the wrong way to go! The results have been immediate and substantial. If you are at all serious about your golf game, and are not already a single digit handicap, you know it to yourself to take a few lessons. You will thank yourself for it!

GolfTec has improved my game in a way that no range coach could possibly do. It’s one thing to be told what to do and another thing to see yourself do it. GolfTec is a learning process where you not only learn how but also learn why. By the way, my coach is the best.

I had a wonderful experience learning golf with GolfTec and would like to recommend it to all. I liked it so well that I bought a lesson plan for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, no matter how much I pleaded, he just was not interested in the lesson. GolfTec was nice enough to refund the money for the gift certificate and I gave the cash to my son. Thanks GolfTec manager for understanding and making my son happy!
