The entry fee is by donation. Which we were happy to give to support the museum. Which is located in an old school. A lot of history in pictures and literature throughout the halls of the building.

Was very impressed with the train track. Showing the multiple tracks, smelters and towns. So much detail to show the history of the towns.

Smallish museum with lots of photos of the mining history of the area. Highlight is the working train layout that depicts all the local towns. Don't forget to visit the gift shop, where agate slices and other stones are half the price as those you'll find in Sedona.

We came for the Halloween event and it was absolutely wonderful. The museum is in a beautiful old school building, featuring a fully restored classroom, model train set, and plenty of displays about the history of the small town of Clemenceau. Stop here before heading up to the copper art museum in Clarkdale
