I am not usually a gym person but I truly love going to Rock Solid Fitness. The instructors are positive and motivating, no matter where your fitness level is. Classes are full of positive encouragement to challenge yourself without making you feel like you can't do something. It's really the perfect balance. I love RSF!

Rock Solid Fitness is unlike any other gym I’ve been apart of. The atmosphere is very inviting and you are able to have small intimate classes with plenty of attention from a trainer. The trainers each have their own styles to maximize your high intensity workouts. I like the variety offered daily and the energy and positivity. It’s family friendly , too!

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been apart of! The classes are butt kicking good and completely different every time. Each class is small so you feel comfortable and every trainer is motivated to help you reach your goals. I can not recommend Karrin and her Rock Solid team enough!

Rock Solid is amazing! All the trainers are knowledgeable and help you set and exceed your personal fitness goals, classes are fun and varied and available all times of the day to fit any schedule. They've helped me to feel better about my body as well as get stronger I wouldn't consider going to any other gym after meeting the amazing family I've made here!

Rock Solid has the best trainers. They are very helpful and make the classes very comfortable for everyone. The best part is that you fit in here no matter what fitness level you are at. I have been going to Rock Solid for the past few months and it has become more like family. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help one another. Try it out....you will love it too!!

Nice place on the outskirts of Elk Grove. As the spin class was going, I looked around at the fitness class, imagining what a 75 Hard workout would be. Or the other workouts listed if various white boards aroung the room

This place is the epitome of not getting easier, your just getting stronger.

I was never much of a gym go-er, I have been to Cal- Fit a few times but never was a fan. I was mostly into just long distance running. My friend Becca told me to come try out a spin class and I thought why not. I had so much fun at my first spin class that I kept coming back. Then my obsession with Rock Solid fitness began. I have never met a more amazing, motivational, strong group of people in my life. The minute you walk in you feel home. They make working out actually fun which seems weird I know but I cant explain the energy I get the minute I step into that gym. Every single trainer motivates you and helps you every step of the way to meet your goals and push you to better yourself. I will never ever go to another gym ever because Everyone at Rock Solid Fitness is like family. Do yourself a favor and check it out! First class is free, what do you have to lose!?
