Humbolt Yoga offers hot yoga with 26 standing and sitting /laying down poses. The instructors are very knowledgable about the practice and explain the poses with clear and motivating description. The heat allows more flexibility in my body. Because I have wrist issues, hot yoga is great because there are no arm/wrist weight bearing poses. I have taken hot yoga for many years in various locations, the support and instruction is some of the best I have found.
The studio is clean and attractive. The showers are a huge plus.
I highly recommend Humbolt Yoga.

This is a lovey yoga studio. They have the traditional Bikram style yoga 90-minutes classes, which I really appreciate.

The studio is very organized. It's clean and tidy. Shower costs $2 for drop-in visit. They have great kombucha on tap as well.

Overall, great vibes at the yoga studio for a weekend visit to Eureka. I would go back again!

My Humboldt Hot Yoga journey began in 2019. Since I started my practice, many good things started to happen. I physically lost forty pounds, became more flexible and muscular, increased stamina, improved memory, and focus, and became part of a beautiful yoga community.

Humboldt Hot Yoga is run by a wonderful person named Stephanie. Stephanie is very passionate about the yoga studio and teaching. Located in downtown Eureka in a Victorian building, the studio is warm, very clean, safe, and has showers.

If you are looking for a solid yoga practice to improve your life and meet fellow practitioners, look no further than Humboldt Hot Yoga. This is the best yoga studio in town.

The Humboldt Yoga studio is clean and hot. The teachers are all great and the studio regularly has excellent, out of the area teachers lead classes. There's a lot of experience and a lot to experience at the studio. I enjoy the 26&2, but I love the Next Level 90 class. Its a great series with a little more movement. Always open when they say they're open, very reliable.

Stephanie is a very thorough and patient teacher. The class is definitely challenging. I highly recommend taking the 26/2 first even if you’ve been doing yoga for a while. The warm room does really help with flexibility. I can already see improvements in just two classes. I struggle to go to yoga classes because they are so long but this is certainly worth your time. Clean and organized studio.
