Made a very last-minute reservation. Pleasantly surprised at the value for what we spent. The room was large, the bed was super comfy, the room was very clean (spotless bathroom!), fridge & microwave in good order, and the front desk was helpful (let us pick a room away from the ice machine so we could sleep well after a long 12 hour drive from Oregon). We arrived too late at night to try out the pool area but this is always a nice amenity. Honestly, this was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed at in a long while for the money. Definitely recommend! Thanks to ALL the employees who work here and do a great job.

Was mostly clean. Had a weird stench though. Some staff were more friendly than others. Free parking. No complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast. There is a restaurant in the hotel called The Venetian Court, making it very convenient. Food was priced fairly and they were also very good. Kids do get to eat for free. Gym was upgraded and very nice with high end equipment. Gym Pictures in booking website are not updated. Open from 5-11pm. There was a pool and hot spa but we didn’t get to see it. There was also a very nice business center up on the third floor overlooking outside. They didn’t replace the printer cartridges though so we were not able to print anything out. I can’t say for all floors but on the third floor, there was a clean and free ice machine for use, a drink vending machine that takes cards, and a snack vending machine that takes cash only. Rooms were a little outdated like the hotel however it was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel made self check out option very easy.

We were in town to spend Thanksgiving with family. This hotel was more affordable than renting an Airbnb, which is a plus. The staff were very friendly and responsive. It is an older hotel and as such shows wear, but it was clean! I did NOT have to worry about noxious things like bedbugs! The area where the hotel was located felt safe. We were able to get extra towels when needed, the workout room looked nice and we were able to find something on the restaurants menu to eat. (We have dietary restrictions). When we did have a problem, the hot water went away, the staff were very accommodating and moved us to another room as quickly as possible. So on the whole I would probably stay here again. Primarily, because the hotel, even though it’s not a sparkly “new” hotel, was clean, in a safe feeling area and the staff were friendly. Those 3items are rare in todays world and that’s why I would stay here again.

The front desk is amazing at this location, Miguel is a great host. I loved the room and the beds were very clean and the bathroom was very modern, I will definitely stay here again. The price we paid for the room was affordable. The front desk and the housekeeping were very polite.

The rooms were large and comfortable and very clean. All of the staff were friendly. The front desk staff were very professional, Veronica was so helpful and pleasant. Great to have a restaurant on site. Will definitely come back when we're in town again.

Staff is super friendly and room was clean and odor free. There is no way to turn the heating/cooling unit on continuous fan mode and hotel is right next to the freeway. I tried every hack I could find on Youtube, but nothing would get the fan to stay on to drown out the traffic noise. Also, every time those units turn on or off, they wake me up unless the fan stays on. Since they disabled continuous fan mode, I turned the whole unit off so it wouldn't wake me if by chance I was able to fall asleep. I called the lobby three times between 11:30-11:45, but no one answered. I was hoping someone could fix it so the fan would stay on. I finally fell asleep around 3 AM, and woke up at least ten time between then and 6 AM because the bed was so uncomfortable. I have officially crossed Holiday Inn off my list of hotels I know I will
be able to get some sleep in. I was in town for a major, expensive test for a certification, and it was less than ideal to have not been able to sleep the night before the exam. I had specifically chosen Holiday Inn because their rooms never smell bad and their beds are always comfortable. At least the room didn't smell bad. Their staff were all super friendly and amazing, other than not answering the phone when I really needed help with the heating/cooling unit to stay warm and sleep

Beautiful hotel and five star service! Very clean and well organized. Little member appreciation bag was a pleasant surprise 😊 only stayed for a night because of work but would have definitely enjoyed longer stay, didn’t have a chance to use pool or other amenities.
The breakfast at the restaurant was nice and great service. Front desk staff in the evening and in the morning were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend it. Will be back! 😊

This hotel is conveniently located near Highway 50 on the way to Lake Tahoe and is also able to serve business travelers visiting the state capitol. It has an excellent restaurant, a business services center, a fitness room, a pool, and other amenities. The staff are polite and quick to respond to any requests. The room is clean, spacious and stocked with many conveniences. The bed is very comfortable. The free parking is in a safe neighborhood. The pricing is reasonable. This is a well-managed hotel.
