We had a terrible experience at this hotel and would never stay here again. The entire property is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. The carpet in both the hallways and the room was disgusting, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The furniture was damaged, and to make matters worse, there was no air filter for the AC, which is particularly concerning as our child has severe asthma.

The whole building had random bad smells, and the room itself was dirty upon arrival. The curtains reeked like an old rag, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I requested housekeeping to clean the room, and when I returned, all they had done was empty the trash cans and leave two towels—the room was still a filthy mess.

Our family has stayed at other DoubleTree hotels, and this was by far the worst experience. The average review is 3.5 stars on Google, 2.4 stars on Yelp, and 5.9 out of 10 on Booking.com, and I can confirm that the low ratings are absolutely justified.

I stayed in budget hotels in my 20s, and never have I encountered such poor conditions. I would never expect this at this price range. If you’re considering staying here, read the bad reviews—and in this case, believe every word.

The only positives were the friendly front desk staff and ample parking, but neither is enough to make up for the unacceptable state of this property.

Great hotel in a great location for shopping in a large mall and getting good food choices. Rooms were modern and clean. The only complain I had was upon checking in as a Diamond member, I was told that all 4 rooms I had booked were to receive a $15 credit. I double checked to confirm I heard it correctly and it was confirmed that each room had a $15 credit. The next morning, I was informed that only my room had the $15 credit. The hotel Manager refused to budge on this mistake and only provided a poilite apology for the check-in person with the moustache that provided the incorrect information about the room credits. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed.

As a yearly repeat guest, we recently had two events: January & February 2025. Both experiences were great. Attendees parking went smooth. The Ballroom was setup the way we requested it. Staff was on point, friendly, professional and had quick response time with our minor requests throughout the events. |Our event manager, Kristine Davis, was what made my experience the greatest! She went above and beyond with our event details. Look forward to working with Kristine again soon.

Stayed here with my sister to visit with family. The staff made us feel welcomed and were super friendly. The room was a long walk from the desk, but ample parking to be near the room. Breakfast staff was friendly, and Jorge Casado was a great help in resolving a billing issue. We definitely look forward to coming back.

After seeing all the negative reviews, I was very skeptical of staying here. It's the warm cookies that have a strong hold over me each time!! Overall, the stay was great, and we were welcomed with a lot of warm smiles and immediately felt at home. Very accommodating to your needs and requests. Room was decent bed was very comfy like sleeping on a cloud. Yash and Eddie are amazing. If you're like me and are a review geek don't always go based off negative Nancie's!

I am a Hilton Gold member and I am typically pleased with my Hilton stays but this hotel would be a definite exception. Breakfast buffet advertised and was told it would be available the next morning when I checked in. Instead long line of people waiting to order food off a menu in the morning, not handy for a business traveler. Pool and jacuzzi not working. Only bike in fitness center with broken foot straps. Noticed a screw was coming loose on my luggage handle, asked to borrow a phillips head screw driver was told it was a liability for them to do so.....lol. Hotel felt very dated. My advice..... AVOID this hotel.

My family stayed at the hotel a few days ago and I have to say I really enjoyed the service and the security guard made us feel very safe and secure. We were afraid to leave our things in the car but security gave us his word that he would patrol the parking lot and make sure our things were safe. The guard did just that we seen him patrolling throughout the night. The front desk and housekeeping were great also. We will be back soon.

I’ve had an amazing stay here and I can’t say enough about the front desk staff in the afternoon. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help with any request. Their positive attitude and helpfulness really made my stay more enjoyable. They are a true asset to this place and absolutely deserve a raise for the exceptional service they provide!
