Beware of the women's locker room at this gym! ‼️
I spotted a roach near the spa, right in front of the women’s sauna. Where there’s one, there’s often more. I brought this to the attention of the manager, but based on our phone conversation, she didn’t seem too concerned. They claimed the area had been cleaned the day before, which was the same day I visited with a guest pass and saw the roach. I strongly recommend reconsidering a gym membership at this location.

I knew we loved this gym, but I really took for granted just how awesome they were until we had a bad experience at the Browns Valley location today.

This gym is always clean. The people are incredibly friendly and the kid zone workers are top tier. They make my children feel safe and excited to be there which, in turn, makes me feel trustful of them and their program. We especially love Ms. B and Moe!

I want to gatekeep them so that it doesn’t get crowded, but I just am grateful for the professional, friendly workers and the intensely good workouts I get here. 10/10 recommend.

Weight room is small but I knew that when I became a member so I’m not really bothered with that. However since I’ve been going there I’ve seen broken equipment that has yet to be repaired. One machine has missing bolts. The dumbbells don’t match. Kettlebells don’t match. The cardio equipment is old. They only have one rowing machine. The squat rack in the weight room is very flimsy and old. Random pieces of wood lying about in weight room. I’m not sure how this gym got voted best in solano county for 2022 because it really needs some work. But on a positive note the staff are always friendly.

Great location, and quiet, friendly staff, I can use just about any piece of Equipment at any time without having to wait for someone to get off their phone.

The weights room is small, not enough bars for more than ~3 people. Pool is excellent. Warm water, nice hot tub and sauna (currently closed due to 'Rona). I don't use anything else here so can't comment. Probably overpriced but whatev. If you're into golf or tennis and live in the area, I'm sure it's worth

I grew up here. It’s been the same for 25 years. Y’all charge $150 now monthly for membership for a country club that’s hasn’t changed anything but it’s name. I’m surprised the community doesn’t rebel. I’ve paid less for more at places like Equinox. This is a racquet.. in shape needs to invest in its assets.

I love everything about this place. The group classes are great if you don't like working out on your own. The staff are always friendly and always willing to help sometimes even going above and beyond to get what needs to be done. So many options. Once you try it out you're going to get hooked

Great place to chill out, workout, meet some nice folks.
Friendly and helpful staff always there to help make your visit fun.
Parking in front seemed to be an issue as many regulars ignored the loading zone signs....but now looks like active effort in place to enforce loading zone. Also additional handicap parking is great improvement.
Pickleball courts have been lined out and small groups have started to take interest. Great fun easily picked up good exercise. Growing sport all ages can enjoy...check it out on utube can be very intense. You dont need lessons to play!
