Julio Rosa's took care of answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable in all the trim levels and options for a few different vehicles we were inquiring about. If he didn't know something he got the information. Even if Julio was busy he made sure we were taken care of. Missy- Sales Manager was genuine and shared her experience with us. I was working with 2 other dealerships on a deal, the connection with Julio and Missy is what sealed the deal. That and having the best price and no haggle.

Julio and the team at Fairfield Ford were great to work with. I’ve been driving Teslas for 9 years but felt like the Lightning might be the next step for me. Ford Fairfield was a pleasant experience.
It was my first day looking for a truck, after the first dealership we went to I called them up and Broderick answered and said the truck will be ready for you when you get here.

To my surprise the truck was so clean and detailed. (We were comparing it to one that was just complete garbage at a different location.) But I did love the truck already.

I didn’t think I was going home with one that day but I liked it too much to walk away.

Broderick made it very easy for me throughout the whole process. He’s a hell of a guy and easy to talk to!

I recently bought a brand-new 2024 F150 from Fairfield Ford, and I can’t recommend them enough! The team there is absolutely incredible. Sharon Mercado was amazing - she made the entire purchase process so smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. She was super responsive to all my text questions, and we completed the contact and financing through email. There was a tiny issue with the rear seat lock, but Jake from service handled it like a pro and fixed it right away. And get this - they even arranged a Lyft to take me to Napa and back! Who does that? They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I’m completely sold on Fairfield Ford, and I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs.

Being in my seventies, I have purchased a few cars. Went in just to check out the Nautilus. Nice vehicle! Saw a Navigator and decided to check it out. Hashem was very helpful and showed us the vehicle along with a test drive. Checked their pricing with KBB and they were spot on. Manager came over to introduce herself and told us to feel free to contact her if there were any issues, nice person! Hashem worked up all the papers including a great rate on financing. So now I'm driving a very nice Navigator Black Label. Thank you Fairfield Lincoln!

Two strikes, and I’m done with Fairfield Ford. First, they dropped off my brand-new 2024 Mach-E with only 5 miles of battery. Now, a few months later, I scheduled a service appointment online for 7 AM. I even called on Saturday to confirm they’d be there Monday morning. Come Monday, no one shows up—I had to call them myself to figure out what was going on. On my second call, I learned they don’t even service my area, and to top it off, their mobile service isn’t equipped to handle the service I scheduled through their own system. Ford makes great vehicles, but clearly, not all dealerships are created equal. Hard pass on Fairfield Ford—take your business elsewhere.
