We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was clean, bed comfortable, and there was plenty of seating in the living area. The social hour was nice, salad bar was included which was a plus. The pool was clean and the parking well lit. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Do not recommend. Our family had a very bad experience. We had to ask them to come change the bedding in the room after finding hair and crumbs all over the bed and the room smelled like cigarettes. Then, we were charged extra for the room when it was an FREE anniversary night. They did refund us after calling and gave us extra points for our inconvenience. But, would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness should be bare minimum standard. This is sad because we have been IHG members for many years and never had a bad experience like this before.

I will definitely be returning. This is a local destination for me but a very nice place to stay when you need to just get away from the house and enjoy comfort and luxury. The rooms, lobby and hallways are clean. The staff is very courteous and so helpful (even when you go to the desk so much they know your room number without even asking your name lol) and no, there no issues of the hotel, just typical visits to the desk or maybe that's just me 😉 I am a big fan of IHG, I've stayed at most of their hotel brands and enjoy the staff at each of them. The breakfast is good with a great variety, definitely try the quiche type things if they have them, they give egg bites a run for their money. Thanks Staybridge and thanks Gabriela!

I've stayed in this hotel before, and still enjoy the design and extra space of the Bedroom Suite. I almost felt like I was at home.
One suggestion, please train and require housekeeping or maintenance to regularly check remote controls, electronics and other appliances to be sure they all work flawlessly.

I love staying at Staybridge! No matter which room type I book, I know I will enjoy my stay. There are so many extras that other hotels simply don’t offer. Most hotels offer a hot breakfast but Staybridge has fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and whip cream for your waffle! They have ready made oatmeal with all the fixings ( brown sugar, raisins, walnuts). They have a daily egg dish as well as breakfast meat and potatoes as well.
They also have an evening reception Monday-Friday with dinner foods, salad and complimentary beer and wine. And here’s something you won’t find anyplace else: free laundry! I almost didn’t want to mention that one.
The indoor pool and spa is heated nicely but my favorite is warming up with a hot cocoa next to the fire pit… and then crashing out on a super comfy bed!

OUR STAY WAS AWFUL!
I rented a two bedroom suite have a small sleepover for my 15yr old niece. I chose this location because we wanted a place door pool to add to the fun. Upon arrival I overheard front desk telling another customer that the pool was having a maintenance issue, but soon to be ready. After we decorated the room, I asked the front desk if everything was ok with the pool. The sweet lady at the front desk said “Yes! It’s good to go.” So we headed down to the pool, used our key to get in and started out in the hot tub. No one was there, but eventually a lady and her two daughters came in and got in the pool. We realized that we didn’t have towels and so my niece went to grab some from the front desk. That’s when we were told that the pool and hot tub should have been closed because they were unsafe to be in due to the pool being shocked because the numbers were off! We couldn’t believe it! We had been swimming around being contaminated for at least 20 minutes. We immediately got out, and of course we are all itching now, due to physical and/or mental disturbance. A different employee brought the rest of us towels and said that hopefully the pool would be open soon. (This one was not as nice. She was short in speech and never apologized. Seemed irritated at our questions.) We all immediately showered. Around 8pm, she knocked on the door to say we can go back in. No thank you.
Next issue, had to do with the ants and the bugs and stains that were on the pull out bed (that we actually needed). We then had to cram in the beds. BUT, before that, there was a strong smell of SOMETHING coming perhaps through the vents. My niece had to go pick up an inhaler for my other niece due to the intensity.
At this point I was over it but it was late,
to change rooms and redecorate. When I called the next day, I was met by the same , not so nice worker, that we dealt with the day before. She was not accommodating, offered very little in compensation, pretended to waive a “cleaning fee” (due to disposal of garbage), because since I was complaining she needed to have something to say, claiming that we had a excessive of trash. Which was not true at all. She then hung up in my face when I told her that I wasn’t satisfied with what she was offering.
It seems to be, according to other complaints, that the pool is an issue. If you are choosing this hotel for this purpose, want to be treated with respect, or not have ants or mysterious bugs in your room, DO NOT BOOK HERE.
I’m so disappointed. Was definitely excited to find this place.
Due to the exposure to the chemicals with no sign or warning, deciding what further steps I should take.

Over all my stay was relaxing the room was very clean. I love the comforter and will be calling to see how I can buy one! The front staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was a huge disappointment depending on the day you are there it feels like you have to tell the attendant for syrup, forks. Did not like the mini omelette and sweet potatoes in the morning? I don't care for milk in a thermos. I love my milk ice cold and refrigerated. The waffles are great though and the coffee was good. Not a great selection of variety of items. Felt a bit cat fished from the pictures online. Overall I did appreciate the front staff, when I needed towels or hand soap and shampoo they would show up within 5 minutes. I would definitely talk to them not housekeeping for soap and toiletries and towels and extra blankets.

Rooms were OK.
Some worn down carpet, but it seemed clean overall.
The bed was also OK-ish, too soft for me. The pillows were also on the cheaper side.
Elevator had a terrible "sweaty" odor.
Breakfast was OK-ish (3/5).
We stayed there just one night and the worst part was that one of our car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. They stole bag with laptop. When reported to the staff they acted as if it's no big deal / weren't surprised.
