Staff always nice and helpful. Easy to work with. Thank you for always supporting Small/Local businesses.
We have really good experience with Parks and Recreation department, Financial department and Receptions.
Shot out to Sandra, Krista, Mayra for always helpful and answer all the questions.
We got issued with electricity at our event on saturday and when we called staff (On Saturday) He came to help us right away.

I had a pretty bad water leak this morning and needed my water shut off immediately. I called city public works who forwarded me to Fillmore's on duty public works technician, Jaime. Jaime got to us in 5 mins to turn off the water. That was an amazing response time. Jaime took the time to show me the water valves on my side of the property coming from the street. He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty, and even helps me find an auxiliary shut off valve that have been covered with sod by the previous owner of the house. After I made the necessary repairs, Jaime came back just as quick and turn the water back on. This great service is one thing that makes me happy to be a resident of Fillmore. Things are just different here and people work together. Jaime, you deserve a raise!
