Came in to get a cello tuned… expecting to pay a fee of course….they turned us away and said they don’t do repairs. How is tuning cello. Repair?! Horrible customer service. And to think I was going to sign up my daughter for piano and cello lessons. Well be spending our money elsewhere.

Jenn is a terrific piano teacher and a pleasure to meet with each week.
I retired a few years ago and always wanted to learn piano. I saw that the Music Makers Workshop was in my neighborhood. I stopped in and Jess was in the front. I explained to her what my goals were and the type of music I would like to play, she didn't hesitate to say Ms Jenn would be a good fit, its a great fit and we are going on two years. All the folks there are great people.

I am so grateful for this business where I can fully explore my passion for learning music and playing the guitar. I have an outstanding teacher in Dr. Steve Kinnigstein and the staff there are always very helpful when I need to make changes to my lesson schedule. I always look forward to my lessons, and they are conducted in small but nice rooms that are well lit, have all the necessary features, and offer good privacy from other students and teachers. I feel very fortunate to have found my place at Music Makers!!

My 17 y/o daughter has been attending weekly acoustic guitar lessons at Music Makers. Besides the dramatic improvement in her abilities, including finger picking, bar chords, and learning several popular songs, she raves about her instructor Mr. Christian. She beams with enthusiasm after each lesson and he has undoubtedly helped her grow artistically and emotionally.

My family (~7 year old son, ~11 year old daughter, husband, and myself!) have been taking lessons with Music Maker Workshop over the past four years. We have had immense joy learning piano, voice, drums, cello, and cajon! The faculty at the studio are excellent!! The instructors are all highly qualified, enthusiastic, and encouraging. The administrators are organized, professional, and very helpful. The studio has a great community spirit, always feeling very welcoming, smooth running, and full of friendly and competent folk. Our family all love going to the studio for our regular lessons as well as participating in various events like music camps, recitals, drum competition, jam nights, listening to the studios pod cast, and practice motivational challenges which are run in an exceedingly fun, encouraging, and supportive way. We love making music with Music Makers and are all growing in so many ways! I'm grateful to have found this terrific place to learn music! We are new to Music Makers and we absolutely LOVE it! Our 8 year old son started violin lessons with Mr. Alvin 2 months ago and he is so happy. Music Makers makes it FUN for the students and they communicate so well with the parents, via text, phone and email. They are so organized and everyone that works there is SO happy. You can tell they love their job. This is a great family owned business and we are so happy that we were referred here by a family friend. We could not be more pleased with our decision to enroll our son at Music Makers! 🙂

We love the teachers and our children have enjoyed learning here, though our main complaint is the front office person who is not very customer friendly. They have a strict makeup policy but instead of helping us navigate it, we were being told that it is our fault we didn’t schedule the makeup on time and they can’t do anything about it.
