I had such a great experience at SWSW! I took the weekend intro course to woodworking with Raul (assisted by Jim). I knew nothing about woodworking and was a little apprehensive, yet nevertheless excited as I’ve wanted to learn for awhile. The class was well-organized and the instructors had a wealth of knowledge (literally endless knowledge about anything related to woodworking!). It was an excellent hands on experience and I walked away with an impression shelf with some pretty darn good-looking dovetails! I highly recommend this school.

A fun "lab" for novices looking to get comfortable with advanced skills, as well as experienced saw dist dogs looking to refine and relearn. This is my treat to myself at least once a year - a class at SWSWW.

This place is great! I started as a beginner, and after the series of fundamental classes I can build just about anything I want to. The Instructors are patient and helpful, and supportive even after the class is over. I can’t speak highly enough of the school and the staff.
