Pretty cool little place, the people working there are extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable. We had our Grandsons pictures taken there for Christmas and Easter and we were very satisfied. Santa and the Easter Bunny were both great and our Grandson loved them! We were pleased with the picture quality and the experience as a whole. We were also allowed to take pictures with our phone.

Overall pretty cool place! If you have children I would recommend taking them. They have different characters on different days you can have your pictures with and of course Santa is there every day.

The only downside is the Google map is the time is lies. Check their website. Now for the good stuff. It was a cool holiday event. The amount of details on which "stage" was significant. It was a nice price. I hope it comes again next year.

Very neat walk-through display of Santa’s workshop. Kids enjoy it. Admission price + an unadvertised fee for a poor quality picture with Santa and Ms. Claus.

DO NOT GET PHOTOS WITH SANTA! Very poor photography, lighting quality, and image quality. First generation camera phones take better pictures. You are not permitted to take personal photos of children with Santa unless you buy a package. Other vendors take multiple pictures and you get to choose the best photo. Here, they take one photo. You get what you get. The customer in front of me had to pay full price for a photo of her grandchildren with Santa (only one of which made it in inside the cropping). She paid, despite kindly noting her disappointment. They told her sorry but offered no accommodation. There are so many free events with Santa Claus throughout the month of December in Jonesboro, AR- don’t bother with this one. I couldn’t imagine paying for a picture that didn’t even have my kids in it!

Theme days: a few people dress up in basic halloween quality costumes and stand in the back room. You can visit them and take photos with them, but there’s nothing else that they do to contribute to the theme.

Lots of fun for all ages. Very professionally decorated venues, without a doubt the best Christmas outing in Jonesboro. We had started out to see Winter Wonderland but it was closed and another car load of people who had pulled up at the same time we did said they had heard of Santa's North Pole out off the bypass so we thought we would try there. Are we ever glad we did. Much better than the place downtown, really beautiful.

They did a really great job with this place. So much for everyone to see and Santa and Mrs. Clause were lovely people. Also it's very reasonable for everything that's there. Will be going back!
