Positive: Hotel Staff was the best. Breakfast area was clean and food was good. Negative: People are People,unfortunately. We were on the second floor and Several times during the night the People or horses above us seemed to be running a 40 yrd dash.We do have an autistic son that paces after a long drive so we try to be open minded.

We stay at this hotel year after year for our annual vacation. This year; however, we were put in a room where the sink wouldn't drain, bathroom door would not shut/lock, and the toilet paper holder was broken and on the floor. After finding out there were no other rooms available that would accommodate us, we just had to stay in the room and make do, which was fine until we realized that one of the air conditioners wasn't working and it was quite warm in our room. The overnight clerk tried to be helpful and was very nice, but there wasn't anything he could do other than put us in a room that wouldn't have met our needs - 3 adults, 2 almost-adult teenagers. I asked about a lower rate upon checkout and was told the manager would have to make that decision. We checked out on the morning of 8/4/24 and I have not received a call or a refund.

P.S. When checking out, my receipt said $211.14, but my credit card shows we were charged $236.14. For what we paid for 1 night, for 1 room, I would have expected everything to work correctly and it did not. Instead we were charged more than our receipt shows. ha!

P.P.S. The breakfast is good and the staff are quite friendly.

The room was good and spacious which was 2 queen beds and a lounge chair.
The breakfast was very good!! The lady that did breakfast both times that we were there was very nice and kept things. It was very nice to have a good breakfast before heading out to a long road trip after the price that we paid for the room.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Good location near fast food and gas stations right off the highway. Always feel very safe. The rooms are nice size for several people. Car wash across the street. Check in was quick and easy. Love the Dove body wash and hand soap in the rooms.

We stayed here on our way to Florida for family vacation. From the time they answered the phone to book our room to the time we left everyone was so friendly. Hotel was very clean and comfy.
I wanted to give a big shoutout to Keoshia and Enri. Absolutely the best receptionist I’ve ever had at a hotel. Friendly and it seemed like they actually cared about their jobs! Most hotels you stay at it feels like your an inconvenience to the front desk. Not here! Enri and Keoshia make you feel right at home!

Great customer service, greeted upon arrival by Jaylen. His service was exceptional. Room was really nice and clean although I'm a germaphob I always do an initial cleaning with my own products. Housekeeping was great. Check out quick & easy. Lovely place to stay.

This hotel has bad and good customer service the General Manager walks around like a guest (Keoshia) the front desk employee (Ms.Robin) is a little Rude to be in customer service. These 2 lied to the 3rd party company about accommodating me on my stay. It took over a month to release the funds that was put on hold. When I was there the phone was not working, the 2nd day the water change colors and after that the water was extremely hot for days. Robin (front desk) told me to keep the water running for 20-40 minutes until it clears up because I was on the 4th floor. It took over 2 hrs to clear up and she gave me a bottle water to brush my teeth. Robin also stated that I couldn’t talk to house keeping because they do not speak English. However I like house keeping they was very friendly to me.
I was told the GM (Keoshia) is the only one that can release the funds back on the account. (After 30 days later funds release) The owner reply is not true. You are making your bad employees look good but I understand 🙂 . I wish you the best.

Very clean and updated! Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely convenient to HWY 65, but away enough that there was zero road noise. Also accessible to multiple fast food restaurant options and gas stations for convenience. Overall, a perfect place to stop for any road-trippers!
