Called ahead and they said they had plenty of spots for our overnight stay with our fifth wheel RV. Got off the Interstate and drove 15 minutes on curvy 2 lane roads. Got there and there were no spots. Otherwise, it looks like a nice family park campground.

It is a traditional simple museum. Detailed descriptions and lots of exhibits. If you don't like to read this might not be your type of museum. No hands on or technology based exhibites, so I can see small children losing interest quickly. Nice staff. $5 for park entrance + $2 for museum per adult.

Great campground full of history. Lots of things for younger kids to see and do. The bike trails were great. There is also a nice Creek to cool off in and some really interesting historic buildings. The bath house was clean as were the campgrounds. The ground is very hard though so bring a pad pr mattress.

Always pleasant, with very friendly fellow campers. Love to kayak there were a few trees down across the creeks this time. Still had fun.
