Beautiful venue with many amenities. Perfect for a wedding any time of the year. Plenty of room for wedding and separate reception area. Lake view makes for amazing pictures and breathtaking background. Both bridal and groom's rooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Exceptional prep and kitchen area for any caterer's needs. Owners are friendly and very helpful.

If you are looking for a large event space in NWA with a beautiful landscape and caring owners, look no further. I had my wedding and reception at Heroncrest in May. We had over 400 guest invited (which is very hard to accommodate in NWA). In additon, I had several special requests and details that I wanted carried out for the wedding and reception. Beau and Robert were there every step of the way. They accommodated us with last minute planning sessions, helped us find the right vendors, answered any and all questions we had, and SAVED THE DAY when a vendor couldn't accommodate due to time constraints. In addtion to all of this they helped us come up with a back up plan when it unexpectedly rained on our wedding day. In short, we genuinely could not have had the wedding of our dreams without their help. In addition to caring and respecting the needs of their customers they are also LGBTQ+ friendly and everything they do is environmentally conscious. As for the venue itself; it has been extremely well thought out. The bridal suite is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to get ready (trust me I know, I had 18 women getting ready in the space). The lighting is also impeccable (your hair and makeup artist will thank you). The kitchen is large enough for your caterers to feed any crowd and the bathrooms are gigantic (no lines here)! I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the owners. If you are planning an event or wedding, this space should absoultely be on your list to visit!

My organization held a 3 consecutive night gala at Heroncrest in March 2023 and it was phenomenal. The Heroncrest team was very involved and attentive to all our needs, ideas, creativeness and wants (which are many). We will be business partners for years to come.

As a bridal hair and makeup artist, Heroncrest is one of my favorite venues to work at. They have created lovely spaces for the bridal party to get ready and the space is absolutely beautiful.

The owners are kind and caring people and every event I have worked or attended has been wonderful.

The grounds are private and the outdoor space over looking the lake is a huge plus. I highly recommend Heroncrest to my brides!

A nice event center with good audio capabilities and nearly flawless delivery. The large, main area was set up with a small dance area and tables packed about as tight as was reasonable. (It was a pretty big wedding reception and, although we would have been more comfortable with a little more elbow room, it is understandable that we were packed as tightly as possible.). There is ample parking and all surfaces are paved.

The Heroncrest Event Center is the perfect venue for events. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but the staff is a pleasure to work with, the tables and chairs are high quality and taken care of, there is plenty of parking and it's a favorite venue of all our vendors. We heard nothing but praise from our guests. Highly recommend!
