Update 9/25/2024: The Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing issued a fine of 3900 dollars and a cease and desist order to Bentley's painting prohibiting them from doing any contracting work in the state of Arkansas. If you have active projects pending with this company or are otherwise a victim of their fraud, contact an attorney right away!

Original review:

Bentley's Painting is operating illegally without a license and is fraudulently representing itself as licensed on its website. We used this contractor on a project because owners Noe and Oscar said they were licensed and insured, however the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing confirmed that Bentley's is not licensed after Bentley's owners took our money and disappeared after a failed project. The case has been referred to the Office of the Attorney General of Arkansas, and we are taking legal action against Bentley's and its proprietors.

Do not use this contractor under any circumstances.

Bentleys painting states they are licensed and they are not and have gone cold on a faulty job without returning our money or correcting the deck they installed to make it right without additional charge.

Bentleys Painting installed a faulty new deck that is dangerous and splintering within months of installation. It’s unsafe and we have a baby in our home.

Bentleys committed to correcting this deck at no additional cost and disappeared and refuses to return our money or our request for them to complete the deck with proper wood and installation.

Bentleys selected the wood, purchased and installed it and have not rectified this situation to date.

This review will remain on here as is until Luis Palma and Oscar Villa rectify the situation.

We used Bentley's Painting in the spring of 2022 to paint a few rooms inside and the outside of our home. Our house was built in 2005/2006 and it was time for a fresh updated look.
Oscar and Noe listened to our questions (we were nervous about painting the brick), they guided us in picking a few samples to try before we decided on our final colors. They were extremely helpful, patient, professional and reasonably priced. One of the greatest attributes to the Bentley crew, is they were always here when they said they would be. They let us know what was coming up next on the project, which was a nice touch. Oscar or Noe would check the status or progress throughout the project.
We were extremely happy with the finished product, we love it! The service and professionalism from Oscar, Noe and the crew were top notch, and we recommend Bentley's Painting for your painting needs. Thank you, Oscar and crew, for a job well done.
