We had a group traveling from all over to film at Shiprock. From the get go- Christy and her staff helped with our budget, room blocks and made everything exceptionally easy! The kindness, consideration, the hotel itself- all just perfect. They even opened the breakfast buffet for us 1.5 hours early so our crew could eat! I can't thank this team enough!

I highly recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn when traveling through or to Farmington NM.

The service is very nice and accommodating. A special shot out to Edwina (at the front desk)- she's amazing. She's a 5 Star employee.

Room was very crowded for having a King sized bed. Felt very cramped and it was just my wife and I. There was only one chair to sit, so we couldn't even relax in the room, basically only enough room to sleep.||Breakfast food was not good at all. We were there 3 nights, the first morning I got downstairs about 15 minutes to close, which was my justification why there wasn't any food left and no cream for coffee. Only bread was bagels and muffins. Eggs were watery and runny.|Second morning I made it early and found the sausage was like boiled, certainly not fried or cooked properly. Eggs watery and runny and no bread only bages and muffins, coffee was there but half and half container empty, 2% milk was empty and they had some sort of Oat milk, which I was not interested in.|Third morning I mad it early and found the bacon was pretty much raw, looked like it was boiled, didn't even attempt to get sick. Bread options didn't change, and coffee was cold.|Number one thing I found on day one, was one of the elevators of the two was out of commission. The entire stay was a pain as we were on the 4th floor.||One morning the elevator came to the 4th floor to pick us up an we found a cleaning lady in there with here big yellow cart. The cleaning lady immediately pressed the button to close the door on us. |I reached in to stop the door from closing and asked her what she thought she was doing. She replied "I have work" and I responded I am the customer and I'm getting on this elevator.||I'm a Marriot rewards member and have been for 30+ years, this was one of the worse stays of all that time.

Driving from Phoenix to Farmington we tried several hotels and could not find a room. When we called Fairfield Inn in Farmington we talked with Kristy.
Kristy helped us book a room for the night and when we arrived she gave us a great recommendation for BBQ dinner at the Spare Rib in town.
She is a great employee!

Great little hotel close enough to drive to local sights like Four Corners and Aztec Park Great included buffet breakfast in Fairfield style with eggs, proteíns, cereals, hot beverages. Great personal attention. Excelente house keeping. Ill be back next year to teach course at a local college and will definitely stay here.

Was very impressed with this hotel room. The glass-enclosed walk-in shower is a standout feature 😍 , and the water temperature can be adjusted to your preference, which is perfect for those who love super-hot showers. The hotel is very clean, and its design is impressive, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.
The hotel's continental breakfast was also impressive. The variety of food options was great, and everything was fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I did not use the pool or hot tub this visit, but I look forward to next time when I'm more prepared for swimming and bring my bathing suit.

The location is ideal. Denise went above and beyond during check-in and checking-out of the hotel. Breakfast had great options and even saw a gluten free muffin (I am not gluten free but noticed the muffin and thought it was nice for anyone gluten free.)
