This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Rooms were immaculately clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well ventilated. The front desk staff greeted me with a friendly attitude and had my room key ready quickly and efficiently. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and hot. I did arrive at 7:30 am for breakfast but I feel like they are probably always well stocked just bases on the rest of my visit. There is a Walmart just next door if you need supplies. Neighborhood felt safe.

I normally don't write reviews unless a business stands out in either a negative or positive manner. My husband and I booked a King room with a balcony. When we arrived, we were informed that we were upgraded to a King suite since there were no King balcony rooms available. That was no problem for us. The room was nice enough, but not anything I would pay extra for. The next day we decided that we wanted to stay another night. We called down to the front desk to inquire if that was a possibility and were informed that it was. I unfortunately failed to ask if the price would be the same as it was the prior night and the person I spoke with didn't mention it either. When we got our bill, I was surprised that the second night alone cost $191.73. I was expecting it to be $143.54 like the first night. I do understand that prices fluctuate and that costs have gone up due to inflation, but almost $200/night for a very average hotel is outrageous. I would not rate this a 3 star hotel, but 2, as it is very average. We will not stay there again because there are other hotels in the area that are as nice and do not cost as much. I have read other reviews and want to point out that my reservation was under the name Emily Olvey in case management does read this.I do understand I should have asked about the charges, but do feel I should have been informed about the additional expense.

Traveling for a long day this was a very comfortable place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast area. This is a very pretty hotel in the lobby. We did not use the pool area but it looked clean. The fun thing about this HI was the baggage carts all had names and a sign about how important they were. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing!! My family and I stayed here during our vacation to the Grand Canyon we stayed one night on our way to and also one night on our way back home!! The Rooms were very clean the beds are better than most hotel beds!! The Dove products they used are awesome also!! The staff were awesome also!! And the breakfast was amazing!! Actual breakfast saved us quite a bit of $ by eating the great breakfast they provided!! It's worth every penny spent!! Also the pool was very clean and pool room was also!!

Clean and friendly staff. Nicely remodeled. Front desk staff very helpful when we needed a restaurant suggestion for dinner, looked up number and gave directions. We always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if possible. Reliably clean with nice breakfast. An enjoyable stay!

I lost something valuable and very important to me when I stayed here in July. While no one called me to tell me they had found it, when I returned hoping to be able to look in the room where I had hid it, then entire staff was so helpful. The assistant manager in shift today was very professional and compassionate. I am still hoping to hear back from them but if I don’t, I still give this establishment a 5 star rating. It’s always clean, and welcoming, food is as good as it gets, and pool and hot tub are always clean and inviting.

I was on the second floor this visit and stay. The prior visit I was on the 3rd floor… if you’d like I can provide screenshots of my confirmation number where I booked through my IHG app as I am a rewards member…. There were 5 in my party this stay and three in my party the prior stay….. if that’s what you meant about not finding anything “registered” to me?

Affordable- we booked 3 rooms. All rooms clean & standard breakfast fare hot & fresh. Easy check in and super comfy beds. Tucked in away from highway noise and area felt VERY secure. Easy on & off highway 40. Bathrooms clean and everything we needed was there.

Positive: I appreciated the indoor pool/ hot tub as well as the quiet room and excellent breakfast. Also, the receptionist Gypsy very friendly, helpful, and did a great job with positivity even though there were many people that arrived all at the same time. Negative: no, Five stars
