The Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center is the most amazing place in Northwest Arkansas. I am from out of state and have been going to the Spero clinic to heal from a neurological condition and I have found it to be so beneficial. All the instructors are top notch and so friendly!!

This is, by far, the most beautiful and welcoming yoga studio in Arkansas and maybe well beyond. The studio was custom built for yoga and is stunning. The owner has been teaching for more than 25 years and her expertise is like a warm, welcoming hug. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I am so very grateful for AYC. To the AYC team… thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming, accepting environment. The studio has become my cherished third place… the place after home and work that nourishes and reenergizes my soul and heart. After practicing at a few other studios here and in other states, it’s plain to see that what you all have created here is something very special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have attended two yoga classes here in the last week with different instructors and a different focus in each class. Having practiced “gym yoga” over the last year or so, I can say without a doubt this is far and away the true yoga practice we all need. Beautiful and serene surroundings with soft music, and instructors that teach and work with each participant to ensure they are getting the most out of their practice. The staff were friendly and welcoming; I would highly recommend Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center for everyone.

I feel so blessed to have found Arkansas Yoga, I'm new to the area and found a Kundalini Yoga class that I love. My first visit, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The studio has a warm and peaceful vibe. Thank you Andrea for creating a wonderful environment to practice yoga! Thank you Pam for all your help and support getting me set up!

I attended my first ever yoga class a few days ago. I was nervous at first, because I am 57 years-old, have some old sports injuries, and am not flexible at all. I thought I couldn't do yoga. However, I had no problem. Everyone there was at different levels, and the instructor told me how to modify the activities and poses so that I could do them without pain. I didn't compare myself to anyone else. I just did what my body could do for now, knowing that the more I do it, I'll be able to do more. I felt no embarrassment at all. It was so calm and relaxing.
