8:00 am and the breakfast bar was empty. Out of sausage , biscuits, cinnamon rolls and all juices. Waited 30 minutes while the staff chatted at the front desk. Got the run around from the desk. The dining area was busy as others were waiting as well.
This is the second time staying at this location and the last.
One positive ,the room was clean and the night staff very accommodating. Super fast and easy check in.

Location is a bit off the main highway but easy to get to. We arrived before dark which was a plus. The clerk was friendly and talkative. ||The pillows and bed were comfortable. Shower pressure was okay. We didn't have any issues with the Wi-Fi. ||Breakfast was lacking. Husband couldn't get to the coffee as a few of the housekeeping staff were standing in front of the coffee area and were in no hurry to move. We just gave the breakfast a quick glance and then ended up going though a drive thru for breakfast.

I’m a local, we live about a half mile away. Our electric had been out for 21 hours so we decided to get a room. We asked if they was offering any kind of discount for the people that was without electricity, which was most of there customers. Unfortunately they weren’t giving any discount in fact they took advantage of all of the us customers and charged weekend rates. The employees was rude and put out. They charged us $174 for the room and we didn’t touch the room aside from bringing our stuff in and leaving, we forgot something and went back home. As we was pulling up in the driveway our electric finally came back on. We went back to the hotel and asked if we could at least get some kind of refund. A big rude NO was the answer. We grabbed stuff and went home. Our electric came back on 23 minutes after renting the room.

I booked a room through IHG app. I have been using IHG Hotels and programs since 2007. Due to a conflict of schedule, I had to cancel the reservation on IHG app. Being a traveling business person, this happens occasionally. I canceled this reservation at 8:42 am the day of my stay. Unfortunately, I was charged by this Holiday Inn. This has never happened in the many years of being and IHG member.
I contacted their office and was referred to IHG, after this location denied my request. IHG rep stated that they would request this refund, but would be determined by local management.
Connor Milligan, the Front Desk Manager refused to refund the $195 charge to my credit card. It’s my opinion that this is a very short sited response. I gave plenty of notice early that morning. They would have had no problem booking that room and I’m sure they did.
In his effort to gain a few dollars and refuse my refund, he’s earned my first ever negative review about and Holiday Inn or any IHG location. Good long term business decisions is something Connor will learn after more short sited mistakes. His choice today was not a smart one.

Me and my family are traveling across the country. The front desk employees was very kind and accommodating. Our rooms were clean. The breakfast was yummy too! It was also convenient that it’s right off the 40. Thank you for the great service holiday inn!!!

We had a great three night stay at this Holiday Inn! Every part of this hotel was immaculate and the customer service was excellent! The bed and bedding were so comfortable. Every staff member went above and beyond and were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

After we rented the room, as we were carrying in our luggage, it became obvious there was a water leak. We were not advised they had water problems upon check in. When my husband showered, the water was lukewarm at best and there was no pressure, resulting in a cold shower. When called the front desk to complain, I was informed of the water issues. I informed the front desk we should have been warned of the water issues upon check in, and that we wouldn’t have rented the room under those circumstances. We were not offered price reduction or refund and no apology was offered. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here. Stay at the Hampton down the road.

Se stopped here after driving 11 hrs. The front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A decent hot breakfast was included. I would stay here again for sure.
