Excellent resource for historians and geneologists. The museum has one of the most unique and authentic collections of furnishings in the region. The museum manager provides an outstanding tour of the houses with detailed information about the Chidester stage coach operation and the one-of-a-kind, beautifully restored, Leake-Ingham House, which is one of the few original Freedman Bureau buildings still in existence.
