We had a family event at Crystal Ballroom. Upon walking in, the atmosphere felt beautiful and the set up was 10/10. You can tell management does everything on point and all the servers and staff go above and beyond expectations. They had many appetizers to choose from and the drink service was fast. Dinner was around 10. Food came out on time and warm. There was two options for dinner to choose from; steak or fish. I decided to go with fish and it was delicious. I will always recommend this hall to anyone.

I had my niece's Communion there can’t thank you enough Tonee for making this happen. Everything was awesome. Great food was excellent. Couldn’t ask for anything more

If you’re looking for a place to have your event there without any headaches and hard work and keeping up with the place go to Crystal ballroom, that’s all I can say and everything will be perfect

The owners are super nice and communicate with you with whatever event you have, my family has been doing their events there for many years now and this place just keeps getting better thanks to the owners and the great service they offer! Their food is great and their customer service is A1!

We recently had the unfortunate experience of booking wedding at this hotel. And i must say it was utterly disappointing with those unprofessional staff. They couldn’t even get our reservation details right. I highly recommend don’t waste your money on this poorly managed establishment.
