This studio is magical! I just attended the Full Moon Sound Bath Float and it was so amazing, the teacher thought of EVERYTHING! We were assisted into our rafts, there was blankets and eye covers waiting for us, there were candles lit all around the pool, the sounds that Doun Lambert and her assistant Cheyanne created made me feel like I was floating in a rain forest! This studio is the BEST yoga studio I have ever been too, the yoga classes are great for everyone from beginner to advanced! I highly recommend you check it out!

Being that yoga is new to me, I scheduled a one to one class. She taught and guided me at my level which quickly made me feel comfortable. While I have much to learn, I feel this was an excellent start. I was appreciative for her direction and highly recommend!

Sweet studio in the heart of Town Square! Very kind owner and an amazing hr of vinyasa flow! There's a nice selection of handmade jewelry as well!
