One of my favorite spots at UC Davis. (The other is the Llama place close to the vet hospital.) You can find plenty of creative things and minds here. The class I took (handbuilding and decoration with Susan White) was amazing. It was perfect for students who came without a background in clay handbuilding. The class and the center were all very organized and to me, therapeutic. Gonna try some other classes before I graduate. Highly recommend!

A great resource for learning a new hobby. For people like academics and students, our day is spent creating intellectual products. There is a lot of mental health value in producing something tangible with your hands. And the staff/volunteers are all super friendly!

There is no place on this Earth more welcoming. I truly love the craft center with all of my heart and everything in me. To say the craft center is special would be the understatement of a life time. Don't take this place for granted.

Great place with a lot of different options and tools for public use (with either a day pass or quarter passes). Also offer different crafting classes such as ceramics, jewelry making, glass working, welding, woodworking, etc.
