Discovery Kids Museum is hands down the best place for babies and toddlers! I’ve been searching for a spot where I can take my 9-month-old, and this museum is a dream come true. Unlike most places, which tend to focus on older kids, this museum has two areas designed exclusively for babies and toddlers, allowing little ones to explore safely without bigger kids around. The padded play zones are a thoughtful touch, offering a soft landing if they tumble. If I had one wish, it would be for an additional indoor area with interactive elements for babies to touch, plus a few more climbing options just for little ones. Overall, an amazing space for young children to learn and play! $40 for me and my baby.

I thought it's was pretty sparse but my 3 year old loved it. The rooms and things are just right for a 1-4 year old toddler. Any older and they will probably get bored pretty quickly.

You can rent out spaces for birthday parties and there are two large outdoor areas with structures the children can play on.

If you are local or visiting San Francisco or Marin county and have kids from 3 months old and up! I highly recommend this place.

This place has manual activities, experimentation, logistics, sand box in general indoor and outdoor activities for the kids.

They also have restrooms and food there if you get hungry, areas for resting and nursery room for babies and mamas!

Has a big parking area but can get full easy! So plan to prepare to be early there or Uber if you’re running late.
During kids special days like Halloween, Christmas etc… they do something special for them! Cute really nice place

I visited this place with my niece and nephew and as a grown man I had a great time. The outdoor play areas are fun. The indoor art areas and train room provide lots of activities for the little kids. The only place that ever felt crowded was the mini golf section. I can see why it was full of families on a Thursday morning. Highly recommend this museum to anyone with young children looking for a fun few hours.

We’ve been members since my first was around 1, and he’s 3.5 now. Both he and his sister have a blast whenever we go. There are so many areas, both indoors and outdoors so good with all weather. Also, the views you get of the Golden Gate Bridge, are magnificent. Highly recommend a visit with your toddlers.

This place is great for kids of all ages. We take our toddler to the Tot Spot to tire him out and he loves it. He's fascinated by the little water play river area with the ducks, turtles and frogs.

The view of the Golden Gate Bridge from this museum is beautiful too. Definitely recommend for folks that are visiting the Bay that have access to a car. It's not next to any public transportation.

I will say the wooden area inside the Tot Spot is so low that he's constantly hitting his head because he wants to stand up. They should add padding to the ceiling or the spots where the toddlers constantly hit their heads. It's poorly designed.

It can also be expensive but I think they have programs to help assist families that are in need.

Also, not sure how often surfaces are cleaned here. Because I'm pretty sure I got Covid19 from here. And I wore a mask indoors!

So much to do … beautiful scenery. Definitely great for tiny kids as well as bigger ones. Will need a couple of days to do it all! My son could have stayed all day in the train room.
