Clean store. Save Mart always has what we need for a quick run-in. Great rewards program, too! Plenty of parking available. 6/22/24 update: Unfortunately, we encountered a rude checker by the name of Daisy at the Oakdale location, which happens from time to time at business establishments, I understand. We were overcharged for an item that was not cheap, and the woman failed to tell us our total or communicate at all she was very unpleasant. Threw our items on the conveyor belt. I'm not sure if it was us telling her we did not need bags or what, but she was a bitter employee. Customer service made it right and refunded the overcharge. Make sure to double-check your transaction before leaving.

We have shopped at the Oakdale Safe-Mart for many decades. We used to visit with friends on every trip there and the employees USED to be friendly as the prices were decent. Now we don't see anyone we know because most of our friends and family shop elsewhere. The employees here are ALWAYS GRUMPY as if they HATE WORKING THERE! The managers are extremely rude and the reason I know is because on every single trip I'm over charged on something. EVERY SINGLE VISIT! They don't keep up with the price changes and always use the same old worn out excuse that the main computer hasn't been updated. When they do have a decent sale price they run out of stock so in lieu of leaving the space empty they place non-sale items in its place to have customers believing they are buying the on sale item. (Save-Mart if you doubt this please contact me and I'll give you the managers name, the dates and items of the two most recent incidents - I have an eidetic memory that drives me crazy sometimes). Another example of the key code for their plastic bag charge was "7" but they often would double tap and enter "77", which as of a few years ago was a large bag of rice for $14.99. It happened to me 3 TIMES so we have to wonder how many times per day, per store, are they getting away with this. I tell family members who do, on occasion, visit the store to watch their charges and sure enough they get back to me every time because every visit they're over charged. I don't want to throw any employees under the bus on here, it's nearly all of them, but I will say "Kathy" (she has worked at the Riverbank location, then on Oakdale Road and when I last saw her back in Oakdale) is an excellent employee who has been employed by Save-Mart many years. She is ALWAYS SMILING, FRIENDLY and a pleasure to have as a cashier, it's as we're being helped by a family member, the way it used to be and the way it should still be. Raleys located across the street used to be considered much more expensive than Save-Mart but not any longer. Unfortunately their employees are worse than Safe-Mart.

The prices in this store are ridiculously high, far above every other store for miles around. $3 for one nectarine! Seems many of the Save Marts are still trying to capitalize on the pandemic pricing. Add to that the employees are not exactly the nicest and we will find other places to buy our groceries.

Shop here most of the time. Always clean and good selection. Some things are pricey but overall a great grocery store.

Still a very clean and organized store. To day had extraordinary service from the young man in produce and the helpful woman at the meat counter. Both were friendly and went out of their way to help.

Thank you to the bakery department for going above and beyond. I ordered a plain cake for my son's graduation and they added grad decor on it which made it more special. Thanks appreciate y'all.

This location does not have hand baskets, not only is this not environmentally friendly but is a huge inconvenience to people not wanting to push a cart around already narrow shelves, over the last few years the store has had a tendency to also put merchandise in the middle of isles causeing bottlenecks. Staff is rude when issues are pointed out and recommends are not taken, this has to be the worst savemart in the chain.
