The reception area lacks professionalism, with staff openly gossiping about their colleagues, complaining, and using foul language as if they were in a dingy back office somewhere. This is a nice shared office space, but the behavior of the women on the fifth floor would be more fitting in a motel that rents its rooms by the hour.

During the pandemic, I leased a small office so I could continue working undistracted. I found one on Lake Av, but they jacked the rates up, so I moved on and found Premier.

There is secure parking underground, and I've never had any run-ins or issues with it. In my previous office, there were homeless people constantly hanging around the parking structure.

In addition to the individual offices, there is a large shared kitchen with coffee, tea, and vending machines. From the kitchen there is a great balcony with a view of the mountains (great when you've been looking at a screen for hours).

I've been here for 8 months, and I'm so happy here. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and it's been fantastic socializing with the other people on the floor. After feeling so secluded during the pandemic, this office has been a relief.

Since 2011, I have been a tenant at Premiere Workspaces and continue to be so. The operational team has been instrumental in assisting us with our daily business needs, deal with our absurd daily tasks, the maintenance team are amazing helpful and the janitors are remarkable, honest, and amicable. The floor is filled with a variety of amazing professionals whom I consider a hidden gem, including all kinds of attorneys, CPA firms, government subsidiaries, counseling professionals, video and film services, hospice care, digital marketing and well-known non-profit care centers. Rent is reasonable if you keep your company expenses in mind. While the facilities are generally satisfactory, I do have concerns regarding the higher-level management's knowledge and skills.
As a tenant, I've experienced a sink clogged with a rotten pipe and a non-functioning disposal that went unrepaired for almost 9 months. In addition, the vending machine is ancient and should be replaced; it even broke down yesterday. Furthermore, I would recommend that PW's supplier orders come from Costco instead of the contracted company since the paper towel quality is similar to rough toilet paper. Also, PW should consider adding some greenery to the patio. It's essential that the management take steps to improve the workspace rather than merely raising rent. Thank you!

I have been leasing an office at Premier Workspaces for several years now and have had the absolute best experience. The location is great but most important is the staff! Specifically, Lea, who is the Operations Manager, has always been there to assist and answer any questions. She is very professional and always makes sure to go above and beyond for the tenants!

Stopped by by mistake as i was looking for WHBM, i was really frustrated. I was told to go to suite 500. Leah was so amazing.. she told me a lot of people come here bc the address is listed incorrectly. She wrote the correct address on a sticky note. she was sweet kind and professional. What an angel.. if this is how she treats someone who is passing by, how would she treat an actual customer. wish more people did their job as well as her. God bless you Ms Leah you brightened my day!

I come here for weekly appointments, and it's a nice building, that is easy to navigate. The restrooms are kept well, which is great, since they are open to people on the floor.
