The staff here as far ss for the rides and petting zoo are very rude ! I had one lady yell “don’t pick up the rabbits “ instead of just coming to us and saying it respectfully. She looks like a crackhêâd she has a hat with a super thin small ponytail just so people can know who to watch out for . Overall I give the fair a 2/10 . It really wasn’t what I was expecting it to be .

I'm used to larger state fairs with exhibits and such and this was on a much smaller scale.
When we went Sat in the late afternoon, it was getting full and the lines for rides and food were maybe about 5-10 people deep. Because the fairgrounds isn't too big, people in line for food were starting to get in the way of people in line for rides. When we left, at about 7ish, there were A TON of people waiting in line to get in so I imagine it quickly got unbearable inside.
The food was ok, funnel cakes and cheese pizza were yummy but my friend's fried shrimp on a stick was inedible.
I loved the petting zoo area, which had a couple of unique animals.

Had a good time. We went on Saturday so of course the lines were a bit extreme once the sun went down so i would suggest going around noon when it opens if you dont want to wait around in long lines with your kids! Just like every other fair ive been to after dark the teens seem to think it is ok to just cut people in line which will really piss a parent off!!!!

We went during the extended dates and had a great time, with little to no waiting in line time. The games were easy enough that my nephew won his own goldfish (that he named Ralph) and the food we got was good too.

Loved the Alabama State Fair. Had such a wonderful time, weather was perfect. Best pizza ever. We watched every show they had. Laughed so hard at the Comedy Hypnotist Benjamin Jackson Show. It was my first time seeing this and it was hilarious. Also, didn’t think I’d be interested in the dinosaur show but little did I know, it was just absolutely great. I laughed so hard. Everyone was so nice and friendly except for this one girl in the blooming onion truck, she was so rude to me just because I was looking to see what food she was selling, one reason I’m here to try new food, but with a bad attitude like that, I’ll move on. Other than that, it was a great.

Definitely not a stroller friendly place! I guess unless you got one with big wheels. Other than that I had a great time. The food definitely needs improvement.

They didn’t have nowhere near as many rides as they usually would have. Just the entry fee alone for adults is $15 per person and that does not include the $30 wristband. So if you’re coming with kids, this can get really expensive really fast! Plus, the turkey legs are $18 which is absolutely insane…. This will be my last time going. They’re getting ridiculous
