We had a great stay! Our trip got off to a very rocky start in LA, but Ari (the front desk representative) turned it around. She was so kind and helpful. She had amazing customer service skills. The hotel was clean, in great condition, comfortable, great location, great breakfast and best of all the hot tub was so nice to relax in after a long day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars!

I liked the cleanliness, a good place to relax. How ever there is not something that is different from the other hotels. I travel a lot, and depending of my experience for sure I chose which hotel I want to stay. The lady who was in the counter, she was very attentive.

The bed and atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing that we sleep through the whole night. The shower helped our aching body from that days partying at the family ranch. This place a was a life saver for our last minute/same day reservation. That staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk (Logan) was great! I arrived very late evening. He got me in my room fast. Breakfast was great. Great service. Nice quiet place to stay. That was my 2nd stay. I will do again!

Definitely a great hotel. I recommend it if you want a clean room while starting in Porterville. It’s the best on town. I just wish the cleaning team and owner would ensure the gross shower matches the rest of the room and hotel.

Positive: Very friendly staff and clean quiet hotel Negative: Maybe more options for breakfast it was not as good as other hotels I?ve stayed at but everything else was excellent

While one employee was very cordial and professional. Unfortunately his two co-workers didn't even look up and offer a greeting or even acknowledge my presence. Both indoors and outdoors were clean, and plenty of parking. Hotel located near freeway, and some businesses nearby.
