I love this place! This review was suppose to have been posted in March 2020 but I was in the middle of closing our medical office during the beginning of the pandemic. I felt SAFE because I could watch on their big TV screen all our boxes of patient records getting pulverized! They have very kind personnel & managers/owners:) Great price for shredding services. Call ahead for updated hours & pricing.

Had to bring like 8 bags of personal info to be shredded. Was great buy a very energetic & very kind guy. 5/25/22 @ 12pm? He let us watch the shredding process and the big TV screen and showed us that they take the shreds to Mexico and China to make angel soft tissues...we paid 28.00! Not to shabby...great service

Followed on-line directions. Upon arrival, I saw the sign to 'ring-the-bell', but sign is misplaced. Finally found the bell-button. It took about 3 minutes for someone to respond, but afterwards, easy-peasy. The operator took a bin to my vehicle, dumped my boxes and wrote me a receipt. $7 per banker's box. There were several employees who saw me waiting, only one came to help. Job was completed, I got my receipt and left. Plenty of parking for customers and designated spots. I would use their services again.

Excellent service at a fair price. Also appreciate the easy parking. Please note the photos don't show the business well. Also suggest you call to check hours. I just now checked and they open at 8:30 AM but of course that may change.

Love this place. They will take an office storage box worth of paperwork and shred it for you for $7 bucks. Cheaper and less time consuming thank on office store shredder.

Took several boxes & bags, many containing sensitive paperwork or financial information. I stayed & watched all be processed from beginning to end. Not worried about identity theft because of that. I was a victim of online hacking & ID theft, which destroyed my life: penniless, bankrupt, homeless, pets died from stress, Service Dog developed brain tumor & died from stress. I wouldn't use a shred place that put me at risk. I will continue to use Shred Defense.

This is my go-to shreading company. They give you a discount if you bring multiple boxes. You can watch your docs being shreadded on a video screen if you want. My only gripe is that they are closed on Saturday.
