We got passports for our toddler and infant and my wife renewed hers here. Worked great. Much more flexible schedule than other nearby places we checked.

Tuesday the website states that they take walk-ins from 8:30-5:30. They don't. They take them until 4:30 when they remove the sign in sheet. My husband and I left work early, packed our car with our 2 children and drove 30 minutes to get their passports, arrived at 4:45 to be told we had to come back another day. They should list this policy on their website to not inconvenience people!

SG Parks and Recs did a great job with our passports and the service was excellent. I came in with my husband and three children filled out all the necessary paperwork and moved through the entire process in 90 minutes. 5 people with paperwork, photos taken, payment et al.. .It was fast, convenient and the people there knew what they are doing. Our passports came within 2 weeks of processing.

If you plan on coming here to renew or apply for a new passport DON'T!! Employees are highly unintelligent in what they are doing, there is a old bitter lady there that is extremely rude. They sealed my package incorrectly and now I have to delay my trip to fill out the form again because of the lady's mistake..did I not mention that they were VERY rude. Save yourself the headache and go to a post office or anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE else.

The best place to get your passport! No appointment required and theres not much people waiting here so it makes it even better!. This place is the best to come for when your applying for a passport or just to renewing one!

Had to make appointment to come in recently due to Covid, which was understandable. One staff "accidentally" let me in the office while waiting for another staff to help. I have visited the office a few times before and staffs were always helpful. Phone calls were attended and they were courteous when giving information.

One star it's to much...had a really bad experience...just to renew a passport.I had everything need it.and these old lady was extremately rude,asking for documents and copies not need it.from that place, right after I went directly to a post office(Downtown Alahambra) and had it done in 10 minutes.not to mention that i called to complain about it,some one name James(supervisor)answer and was rude,nasty enough for me to just hang up.
