I visited Aaron Ford of Escondido a few times before making a decision to purchase a new Ranger. The sales team was excellent. Jeremy was patient, knowledgeable and did not apply any hard sell techniques. He really gave me all of the information I needed to make an educated decision. I still wasn’t sure and I needed to talk to my wife about the financial commitment. The sales manager let me take the vehicle home to show my wife and let her drive it. That was pretty cool, but smart on their part! Sabrina was also extremely helpful in completing the paperwork and making the deal go smoothly. I am forgetting some names so I will come back and add them to my review. However, I can state without reservation that it was a very positive experience! If anyone is in the market for a new Ford, I highly recommend giving Aaron Ford of Escondido an opportunity.

Service dept did a fine job Jimmy did great. I was surprised he texted me yet never answer my texts. I had to call for info. I remember when the car would be washed and clean for pickup. Ah the good old days. All in all car runs great. Too bad Ford has built in the rear quarter window flaw where it will not roll up the last inch in my and lots of other people's Mustang convertibles.
$1000 to fix Ford's design flaw they just kept building into the car from 2015 till 2023 and want to charge each owner to fix. Love my Shelby Mustang rag top.

Found the car I wanted, at the price and payment I wanted. Alberto was awesome and the whole team answered my questions about charging and driving an EV. This dealership did not disappoint. I went to three other local dealerships before purchasing my new Ford Raptor 150. Escondido by far had the best customer service. I even asked them to bring the vehicle to my home prior to my purchase to see if it would fit in my garage. They said no problem, what’s a good time and day for you. From being greeted politely on the first day all the way to finance. They went above and beyond in customer service. Big shout out to Josh,Carlo,,Jerimy and Andrew!! Thanks guys!!! Will be back to purchase the Ford Raptor Ranger for my son.

We recommend Aaron Ford of Escondido, for anyone who is buying a new or used vehicle. Our salesperson, Jon Kraus, was very knowledgeable, and explained all the vehicle features during the test drive. He and Meadow were friendly and professional, making this vehicle purchase efficient and enjoyable. Recently bought a Camry here and had a great experience! Edwin was great! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions! I felt that I got a great price and the customer service was awesome. Kid friendly, they had games and made popcorn for my nieces and nephews.
