I went to the event in Phoenix to find some new mobility aids. There were a few cool vendors that I got info from, but so many of them felt predatory. I don’t know why someone who leased solar needed to be there. I also didn’t appreciate people constantly asking us if we needed to upgrade our house. I just wanted to walk through and approach vendors I thought were cool. Not constantly have people in my face asking if I needed to upgrade my home. There was also a woman selling “skin food” that was really aggressive and wouldn’t let go of my hand after trying to sell me some bogus hand lotion that I didn’t want. I was disappointed and will never be returning to one of these events.

Useful and interesting show/exposition for people with different abilities and their families. Lots of vendors and products to look at and try. Also lots of local resources and groups to meet. My only gripe is that this show only happens once every five years or so in our area (North VA). This makes the show more of a "curiosity" rather than a core part of parents' toolbag. BRING BACK THE SHOWS ANNUALLY!

The abilities expo wherever it is held at whatever time is an incredible collection of resources vendors and knowledge bases all in one place that you would usually spend months and months gathering such a Rolodex of truly useful information and devices amongst other things. If you yourself have have a disability or if you know anyone that has a disability and you wanted better understand both their life situation as well as what's out there to help them I would suggest attending one of these events.

Everyone, from the parking attendants to the exhibitors, were so kind, informative, and helpful. This was a great place to go to network, connect, and get educated on products and services for the special needs community. We had a great time!

Spent 2 days working the Expo at our shared booth: Earthquake Country, FEMA and CERT. Based on the size of the crowds each day I’d say the Expo was a huge success!

I made a mistake with one of the vendors (fast talker) vibraplate person dropped his price from 3300 dollars to 800 plus 50 freight l did not know there is no returns be careful but all in all great show

You cannot say that you are an accessible event for disabled people and then not require masking. Covid is still very prevalent and disabled people are still high risk.
