This is a great place if you want to get away and really have some fun out in nature. I stayed there for two nights during the running of a race, death by 5K, and the cabin that I stayed in was perfect. Wasn’t huge but was well appointed and very very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't express how amazing every single staff member is at Adventures. I frequent the creek very often using their services. I love the cabins and love the atmosphere. When you're a local with not many places to escape this is my go too.

Husband and I rented Tupelo cabin for New Year's since we wanted to unplug for a couple of days. The cabin was the perfect size for the both of us. It has a big tub in the bathroom, a enclosed patio and open patio, a fire pit, and a hammock. Our water went out after the first night but Austin fixed it right away and made sure everything was good before leaving. The nature trail took us a couple hours to explore, a nice walk. It was very quiet and really dark at night so you can see a lot of stars. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lil getaway.

Great experience. My son and I camped out on the grounds the night before we did a overnight canoe trip. Our driver that took us to the out in point was awesome. We had as good of a time on the ride to put us in the water as we did on the canoe trip. I would recommend adventures unlimted to anyone. Very family friendly.

The actual kayaking experience is a lot of fun but their directions to dock at the end of the trip are less than clear. We went past the docking area and ended up much further down the river. By the time we realized it, we called the office, when there was actual cell service… (already closed shop prior to their posted hours…) the management at the facility told us to call search and rescue because they didn’t know where we were and were annoyed we had already gone past the docking zone. No assistance was offered besides a check in to see where we were. They hadn’t called to see where the equipment was when the office closed or that anyone had made it back. Multiple hours peddling back upstream in the dark lead to them telling us we had only two more minutes before they were calling it a night and suggested we call search and rescue. And then charged $150 for picking us up at a separate location” when family was waiting for us on the opposite side of the river. There was absolutely no concern for our safety and obviously very little safety measures in place in case anything happens…. Be very careful considering this a place to take your family….

Because of uncertainty of Hurricane Helene, I couldn’t commit to a reservation. Laura, on the reservation line, was helpful and accommodating. She helped us with reserving a tour on the date and time we wanted…practically short notice. We did the Taste of the Tours zipline as part of our son’s 15th birthday celebration on Sunday, Sept 29th. This was the first experience for his friends, who had joined us. Our instructors - Cat and Gavin - made our tour fun and memorable especially for the teenagers. The first-timers did well and were fearless. We all enjoyed our flying experience.

Adventures Unlimited is a welcomed respite for nature enthusiasts everywhere. The rustic environment invokes nostalgia for simpler times- canoes, kayaks, and tubing are the most popular water activities.

The good:
Easy payment online and registered at the main office. Met with smiles and plenty of information. Our party of 3 was transported by van down to the drop-off site with an explanation of the Coldwater Creek tubing routes. Excellent park upkeep, serene surroundings and an overall peaceful atmosphere.

The negative:
Upon arrival, we noticed the remaining tubes were deflated in a cage… the employees seemed frustrated as they attempted to revive the tubes to no avail. We even witnessed another customer complaining his second tube had already deflated. Unfortunately, two of our tubes had also deflated during the 3-hour river experience. Upon completion, we were instructed to drop our tubes in a gravel pen! Storage system severely flawed and in need of serious updates. Patrons should also be instructed to NOT drag their equipment across the ground.
